Italian fashion design house founded in 1982 by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana; according to Style.com, "From leopard underwear to the black corset sheath, Dolce & Gabbana has been known for flash and fetishism since bursting onto the international scene in the late eighties."
Fragrances were produced under licensing arrangements with Euroitalia until mid-2006, then with Procter & Gamble until late 2016. The license then moved to Shiseido until 2022, when the brand moved the beauty business in-house.
Their first fragrance, Dolce & Gabbana, launched in 1992. Later releases include Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme (1994), Light Blue (2001) and Sicily (2003).
