It’s Hump Day, Pan American Day and Dolphin Day. Happy 89th to Loretta Lynn! What fragrance are you wearing?
I’m in Comme des Garçons Ouarzazate, because pyramus wore it yesterday.
Reminder: 4/16 will be Spring clean…

It’s Tuesday, Thomas Jefferson Day, Eudora Welty’s birthday and Scrabble Day. Happy 75th to Al Green! What fragrance are you wearing?
I’m in Imaginary Authors Whiff of Waffle Cone, thanks to a kind reader. (It does not remind me of waffle cones, possibly because I have been eating the wrong waffle cones and need to get myself over to Salt & Straw.) Tea at the moment is Kusmi Tchaï of the Tiger.

Monday, perhaps a bit too soon? It’s also Licorice Day, and we have a few birthdays: Herbie Hancock, David Letterman, David Cassidy. What fragrance are you wearing?
Me: celebrating Licorice Day in Guerlain Anisia Bella.

Happy Antiquities Friday! (It’s also Marc Jacobs’ birthday, National Unicorn Day, National Former Prisoner of War Recognition Day and National Winston Churchill Day. And, RIP Prince Philip.) Our community project for today: wear the oldest scent you own (you can interpret this as you like — the one you’ve owned the longest? worn the longest? the earliest launch date? whatever). Thanks to pyramus for the idea!
What fragrance did you pick? As always, do chime in with your scent of the day even if you’re not participating in the community project.
I’m in vintage Diorissimo, the fragrance I’ve worn the longest, and possibly one of the oldest bottles in my collection as well, although it’s hard to say for sure…

It’s Almost-Friday, National Zoo Lovers Day, International Romani Day, plus Jacques Brel’s birthday. What fragrance are you wearing?
Points for me: I’m in Santa Maria Novella Acqua di Colonia / Queen’s Cologne, reportedly developed in 1533 for Caterina de’ Medici.
Reminder: 4/9 will be Antiquities Friday…
