Marc Jacobs Daisy Twinkle, Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle & Daisy Dream Twinkle ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 21 November 2017 18 Comments

Marc Jacobs Daisy Twinkle, Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle and Daisy Dream Twinkle

Marc Jacobs has launched Daisy Twinkle, Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle and Daisy Dream Twinkle, a new trio of limited edition flankers for women. (And see also the Daisy Kiss trio, which launched earlier this year).

Daisy Twinkle ~ A flanker to 2007′s Daisy. "An uplifting bouquet of floral and fruity notes, Daisy Twinkle opens with a juicy burst of wild berries mixed with hints of violet leaves. A bright and creamy white woods base creates a warm and sensual dry-down." $84 for 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle ~ A flanker to 2011's Daisy Eau So Fresh. "Vibrant and unexpected, Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle radiates with its effervescent blend of succulent fruity and delicate floral notes. Sparkling raspberry intertwines with violet flower and wild rose blossoms at the heart, creating a blissful aroma. Crème de cassis rounds out the base for a sensual finish." $96 for 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

Daisy Dream Twinkle ~ A flanker to 2014's Daisy Dream. "Daisy Dream Twinkle is an airy blend of lush florals and juicy fruits. The fragrance opens with bursts of black cherry and fresh white florals that mingle together to evoke a sense of springtime freshness. At the base, whipped berry mousse creates a mouthwatering dry-down that lingers on the skin." $84 for 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Twinkle, Daisy Eau So Fresh Twinkle and Daisy Dream Twinkle can be found now at Sephora.

Is it just me…or do these names sound like bathroom fresheners?

My Little Pony is a thing, specially among MEN! It even has its own convention.

How could I possibly have known about this? A friend’s son who is in his 20s is into it and invited my nephew who was quite disgusted by the invitation and told my sister, who, in turn, mentioned it to me.

I like the original Daisy, but the fruitier flankers smell awful on me.

    Guess I won’t be buying these…

I”ll cop to it; I think the bottles are adorable, and Eau So Fresh Twinkle sounds good to me.

    That name, though.

I WANT one of those bottles! I actually prefer that the fragrance not be wonderful so that I feel free to keep the wonderful bottles out in the perfume-damaging light.

Confusing names. Again. But if you love one and want a bottle for Christmas you can allways tell potential buyers that its the one in the lilac bottle.
