Marc Jacobs Daisy Blush, Daisy Eau So Fresh Blush and Daisy Dream Blush

Marc Jacobs has launched Daisy Blush, Daisy Eau So Fresh Blush and Daisy Dream Blush, a new trio of limited edition flankers for women.

Daisy Blush ~ A flanker to 2007′s Daisy. "A bright bouquet of fresh florals, Daisy Marc Jacobs Blush edition is sparkling and spirited. The fragrance opens with a dewy combination of water lily and pear - subtle hints of honeysuckle mingle with precious woods for a warm drydown." Additional notes include bergamot, lily of the valley, mimosa and skin musks. $78 for 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Daisy Eau So Fresh Blush ~ A flanker to 2011's Daisy Eau So Fresh. "Carefree and vibrant, Daisy Eau So Fresh Marc Jacobs Blush edition is warm and radiant with an effervescent blend of fruity florals, blissful notes of pink grapefruit and a floral heart of freesia and rose. A velvety apricot nectar rounds out the base." Additional notes include mandarin, apple, lily of the valley, apricot, cedar and musk. $92 for 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

Daisy Dream Blush ~ A flanker to 2014's Daisy Dream. "Daisy Dream, Marc Jacobs Blush edition, is an airy blend of lush florals. The fragrance is filled with notes of violet leaves, a colorful heart of rose and lily of the valley, and a lingering drydown." Additional notes include bergamot, freesia, waterlily, vetiver and clean musk. $78 for 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Blush, Daisy Eau So Fresh Blush and Daisy Dream Blush can be found now at Von Maur.

Ha, you may have, but for Marc Jacobs it’s the gift that keeps giving!

Who needs to win the $800 million Powerball, if you’re Marc Jacobs? You just need a daisy and a cute bottle or two….or four….or eight….LOL

I’ve smelled a couple of the originals and remember nothing about them. I don’t feel the appeal. Maybe because I am aware of how not pretty all the actual daisies I sniffed actually smell. These are clearly virtual daisies for a virtual world…

Yes — they’ve never advertised Daisy as smelling like a real daisy.

I can’t remember ever having seen a pillar scent and two flankers receiving flankers simultaneously (although I suppose that might have happened and it went under my radar). They’re metastasizing, is all I can say.

Oh, forgot that entirely! Didn’t even recognize it after reading it. Probably need some ginkgo biloba or something :-)

I just ordered a bottle of Daisy Dream Blush for my daughter’s 19th birthday because the description doesn’t mention any fruit. She’ll probably like it because it’s new, pink, cute, by Marc Jacobs. Also, her roommate will probably want to borrow it.

All this in an attempt to educate via baby steps. I’m hoping she will, unlike most members of her generation, enjoy the scent of flowers.

I hope you will both like it! But I sure would not assume there is no fruit just because they did not bother to mention any. It’s quite possible there is no fruit and quite possible there is.
