The company was acquired by Fifth & Pacific (formerly Liz Claiborne) in 2003. It was sold to Authentic Brands in 2013.
Their first fragrance, Juicy Couture, launched in 2006. Juicy Crittoure, a line for dogs, launched in 2007.
