Italian niche line Santa Maria Novella has launched Nectarium, a new fragrance.
A heritage of botanical scents is reimagined for the now.
Crafted entirely from plant‑based ingredients, Nectarium from Santa Maria Novella translates the perfumer’s botanical expertise into a modern, inspired scent. Opening with bright citrus, the composition unfolds into aromatic lavender and tobacco leaf, settling into a warm base of patchouli, tonka bean and labdanum. The harmonious result develops beautifully on the skin for a refined signature.
Additional notes include orange and lemon.
Santa Maria Novella Nectarium is available now at Harrods in the UK, £155 for 100 ml Eau de Cologne.

I recently dived into the world of this perfume house and am thoroughly impressed with my Melograno cologne.
If they release this new fragrance at the local shop, I’ll definitely give it a try.
Saw the name and was like “Oooh lovely new sweet perfume!” Then I saw the brand and was like “Oooh… most likely not sweet..”
I agree, notes are not sweet. I like the red label on the bottle and would look nice on a vanity.
This one is not on the SMN website at the moment, so it remains to be seen if it is a Harrods exclusive.
Ugh, now we have to fly to London to smell it?
Lol 😆
