Amouage has launched Dia 40 and Jubilation 40, two new fragrances in the Exceptional Extraits collection.
Dia 40 Woman ~ "A vibrant and sophisticated nod to vintage aldehydic florals, the original Dia Woman Eau de Parfum is a testament to a mystifying sense of femininity. Now containing 40% pure perfume oils, Dia 40 Woman Extrait is the delicately generous incarnation of Amouage’s icon. A fragrance of true grace and nobility, Dia 40 elegantly balances layers to produce a certain sense of passing time in three acts: sunrise, zenith, and sunset." Developed by perfumer Alexandra Carlin (the original was from Jean-Claude Ellena), with notes of aldehydes, musks, rose, orange blossom, carnation, ylang-ylang, orris, sandalwood and amyris.
Jubilation 40 Man ~ "Deep, lavish and sparing no expense, Jubilation 40 celebrates the nobility of a masculinity that embraces the full beauty of the East and the West. Following 10 weeks of patient ageing at 40% concentration, the fragrance gradually becomes more complex and multi-faceted: Jubilation 40 Man Extrait is born. The ultimate heart stopping essence of sophistication." Developed by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour (who also did the original Jubilation XXV), with blackberry, blackcurrant, tobacco, frankincense, balsams and resins, patchouli, cistus and opopanax.
Amouage Dia 40 and Jubilation 40 are available in 100 ml Extrait de Parfum, $500. They are currently exclusive to Dubai Duty Free and will go into wider distribution next year.

I got am email yesterday afternoon saying that they were releasing 2 more but didn’t say which ones. The email today told me which ones. As much as I want to try Dia, I wish they released Jubilation 25.
Maybe you will still see it…no idea how big this series will get. It’s up to 6 now.
I haven’t gotten attached to any Amouage to speak of . I had a decant of Fate, and liked it mostly, but something in it was a bit off-putting to me, and I have sampled others, but have no impression of them. This Dia sounds nice. Anyone have an experience with it?
I have the edp of Dia. Think Chanel no 5 or no 22 but on steroids.
