More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes special edition bottles from Jo Malone and Carolina Herrera, plus the summer 2017 version of Paul Smith Rose and the new Eau de Toilette version of Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris.
From Jo Malone, the Poptastic collection, with Tuberose Angelica Cologne Intense (£78) and Orange Blossom Cologne (£60), both in 50 ml. The "paint-splattered bottles were designed by Poppy [Delevingne] during a day spent messing around with inks and oils at the Jo Malone London Townhouse", and you can find them at Selfridges in the UK.
Also from Jo Malone, a limited edition of Myrrh & Tonka: "Rich, hand-harvested sap of the Namibian myrrh tree, mingling with the warm almond and lush vanilla notes of the tonka bean. Noble and intoxicating. Encased in a limited edition bottle." $200 for 100 ml at Jo Malone.
From Carolina Herrera, a sparkly collector edition of Good Girl. The one shown is decorated with silver glitter (around $120); another version, with only 300 bottles made, is decorated with Swarovski crystals (around $1100). In 80 ml Eau de Parfum.
From Paul Smith, the summer 2017 version of Paul Smith Rose: "The 2017 edition of Paul Smith Rose is a romantic fruity, floral fragrance with a hint of spice. The fragrance opens with crisp top notes of lemon and apple fused with pink pepper. Ultra-feminine Rose notes give way to a warm, sensual base of cedarwood, amber and white musk. The result is thoroughly modern rose fragrance that’s both versatile and utterly irresistible." £27.99 for 100 ml at The Perfume Shop in the UK.
From Yves Saint Laurent, Mon Paris in Eau de Toilette: "Love takes flight this spring with a fresh, luminous version of the iconic Eau de Parfum. The sparkling white floral fragrance of the original Mon Paris Eau de Parfum is transformed into an ultra-luminous floral citrus. A citrus start with grapefruit and raspberry juicy notes brings about a new fruity freshness. The floral and delicate heart of white flowers from the signature Eau de Parfum is romanced by orange blossom for a light side of love. Your new spring fling from Yves Saint Laurent." $102 for 90 ml at Macy's.
I will take those Jo Malones, please 🙂
and I love that they are doing smaller bottles!
Yes, and 30 ml would be even better!
Those bottles are super cute! Alas, JM fragrances don’t seem to work for me.
You could always get the shoe 😉
Pass! ????
I’ve not tried any Jo Malone’s, but I would love to have those paint splattered bottles. They are gorgeous.
They are cute.
Those splatter-paint Jo Malone’s are so cute, too bad they’re limited edition, I’d love to see the design stay a little longer.
Anyone else think the YSL bottle looks like Flowerbomb? I can imagine having both and accidentally reaching for the wrong one, probably every single time!
I actually thought the YSL bottle looked like something from Victoria’s Secret (a Bombshell flanker, maybe). Whoops
Oh, you’re right! Same round pink bottle and black ribbon!
Okay, you know I’m all over the JM bottles if they become available in the U.S. I still have a lot of my Tuberose left, so that would be crazy to buy it. I will probably get the Orange Blossom one. Too cute!
Uh, yeah, I need those Jo Malone bottles. particularly the one on the right!
I just ordered the LE Myrrh & Tonka one from JM on Bleecker Street, would love to get the splatter ones too, a definite buy if they ever come to the US.
Those JM bottles are gorgeous!
