Valentino Valentina Blush ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 12 April 2017 9 Comments

Valentino Valentina Blush

Valentino has launched Valentina Blush, a new fragrance for women. Valentina Blush is a flanker to 2011′s Valentina, and follows 2016's Valentina Poudre and Valentina Myrrh Assoluto.

Valentina Blush leaves a heavenly Morello cherry on a radiant pink pepper. A simple gesture is all it takes for the soft yet sharp mischievous hue to surface, revealing its gentle notes and making cheeks turn rosy. The wholesome facets of the orange blossom unravel against a praline background. A bright, radiant signature, overflowing with contrasts.

Valentino Valentina Blush is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Yes, it is. And you now have a choice of shades of pink, since they already did Valentina Pink and Valentina Poudre.

I’d love to see a Valentina Jade in a celadon/eau de nil-colored bottle! That would give my art deco-thirsty heart palpitations.

Cherry and pink pepper, though…I blame Lauder’s Pleasures for the pink pepper trend. I think that’s the progenitor of them all.

Yes — that would be hard to resist.

    “soft yet sharp” ?!?
    Whatever that means.

As long as the praline doesn’t overwhelm things, I might like this, so I will give it a sniff if I come across it. It sounds like it would layer well with a rose soliflore.

And, “soft yet sharp” earns an eye roll.

I bought it on the spot, like it isn’t your typical sweet scent, it has a powdery seeet vibe, it isn’t overdone, it isn’t candy seeet, it is lovely , more grown up..cherry and praline are well done together !!
