Next month, Yves Saint Laurent will launch Mon Paris, a new fragrance for women. Mon Paris is billed as a 'modern interpretation of a love full of intensity and dedication' yet 'free from all constraints', and follows 1983's Paris and 2009's Parisienne.
The notes for the fruity floral chypre include raspberry, strawberry, pear, peony, datura, jasmine, orange blossom, patchouli and white musk.
Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris will be available in 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Parfum.

Update ~ Mon Paris is "about vertigo, love that makes you lose your senses"; it is geared slightly older than Black Opium. The modern "white" chypre was developed by perfumers Olivier Cresp, Harry Fremont and Dora Baghriche. Additional notes include bergamot and ambrox. (via wwd)
I don’t know how I feel about the notes. It sounds a bit too cutesy for me..but usually YSL does a lovely job, even tho, I don’t care much for the scent, personally.
Lovely bottle, tho 🙂
Yes — depends on how much raspberry, strawberry and pear.
If I didn’t see YSL I would have guessed it was an upcoming release from Victoria Secrets.
The bow really does have that VS vibe, done more upscale.
Oh, I so agree! The bottle, the notes, etc…
Not sure if I would like this one or not. I like most of the notes, just not all together!
So excited about this one, I can’t wait to smell it, I hope it doesn’t dissapoint. It is supposed to be a sweet fragrance like Black Opium and Poison Girl. Beautiful bottle!:)
Well, I have to say….I ran across a Mon Paris strip in Allure magazine, and it smells pretty good on paper, anyway…..I’ll be on the lookout for a tester!
