Humiecki & Graef Bosque ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 27 March 2010 10 Comments

Humiecki & Graef Bosque

Niche line Humiecki & Graef has launched Bosque, the line's seventh fragrance. Bosque was inspired by satisfaction, relaxation and quiet sensuality — "the inimitable feeling of being at one with the moment".

Bosque was developed by perfumers Christophe Laudamiel and Christoph Hornetz; the notes feature grapefruit, saffron, primrose, narcissus, dry buffalo grass and vetiver.

Humiecki & Graef Bosque will be available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette Concentrée. (via humieckiandgraef, additional information via duftarchiv.de)

The first half of the list doesn’t sound like my cuppa and the latter half sounds amazing. Add in the fact that I loved what I’ve tried of H&G (Askew would’ve been FBW at $60 less than what it is) and I’ve got a need-to-smell.

It sounds interesting, but the notes don’t make me think of a “bosque” (forest/woods in Spanish).

Not sure why they picked that name…

It seems odd that they’ve released this and Clemency still isn’t available in N. America yet. The pace of things has sped up at H & G just like everywhere else, I guess.

      Yes, the distribution is lagging…
