WOW!!! How eloquent! Is she playing silly so that we, silly women out here, can empathize and react positively or does she really sound like that? What does this have to do with her perfume?

Beats me. Seems like an odd move for Helena Rubinstein…assuming they approved it.

I’d been curious to sniff this since I’m on the hunt for a magnolia frag and Dominique Ropion had a hand in its making. Watching this, my interest has dwindled.

Also, LOVE how she spells out “URWanted” with her hand. She makes it so clear.

Demi looks cute with her glasses, but I don’t think she chose the name of this perfume. Helena Rubinstein already used Wanted as the name of a Lipstick line. They paid for the name, why not use it for a fragrance aswell. Rubinstein’s sister company Lancôme (also from L’Oréal) did it with Hypnôse: mascara and perfumes.

Maybe that here in Europe Wanted has another positioning: Wanted is part of the Helena Rubinstein cosmetic line, of which Demi Moore happens to be the face. Yet in the US where the HR brand has been discountinued, L’Oréal launches Wanted is a stand alone celebrity scent from demi Moore. Though I read that HR would reenter the US as a fullblown brand soon…

No, it is under the HR brand name here too, and clearly is not her scent and I agree she probably had nothing to do with the name. But heard similar language from Justin Timberlake talking about Play as though it was his own branded fragrance…perhaps to a celebrity, it’s all the same kettle of fish.

I want Demi Moore to leave me alone. Seriously, the woman is 47 years old, why is she talking and acting like a teenager?

I don’t know, but she looks fabulous at 47…I’d like some of whatever she’s drinking.

No you don’t – it’s probably something wacky like humboldt squid tentacle shakes – you know what weirdness these Hollywood types seem to rave about in regards to maintaining their looks :-D

Plastic surgery helps. I know, *meow*, but come on, it’s true. We all age; I’m for aging gracefully, and not buying into society’s obsession with eternal youth.

I suppose if you are going to go into the entertainment industry, it’s probably a pre- requisite to have some work done.

Then again, if you are an aging movie actress married to someone younger, it might also help to get nipped and tucked. I don’t envy those people one bit! It sounds like a miserable way to live. (Money non- withstanding of course.)

A lot of people look great when they are older: Jane Fonda, Meryl Streep, Robert Redford, Harrison Ford, Sean Connery……

Um, if only someone could give us a $1 for every time she says “uh or um” in this video, we could afford to buy what she did to look the way she does now lol.

Watching this is cringeworthy. Maybe HR thought Youtube would be a good way of selling it as Demi is sort of famous for Tweeting – but it doesn’t go with the print and tv campaign at all – unless this is their way of snagging the teen market as well. Also, maybe it’s easier for the masses to go to a perfume counter and ask for that Demi perfume rather than HR Wanted. I suspect someone gave her a list of pre-approved names and leaned her in the direction of one. It’s too coincidental that HR had both lipstick and glosses under the Wanted name.

It’s a serious disconnect with their more glamorous official advertising, and am surprised HR approved it, assuming they did.

*rolls eyes* I think my friend’s thirteen-year-old daughter can pull off a more mature meme when making a video. I only made it a couple minutes in before I had to stop. It made me cringe. I don’t think vlogging is the next trend in fragrance advertising, at least I hope it isn’t given the impression this vid left with me. Blech. I always think sophistication when I think HR. This felt way more like something Hollister would put together in the hopes of snagging the teen crowd, only they probably would use someone teens could relate to. I don’t know if I could relate to this advert if I *were* 47.

Yeah. I think it’s a tactical error for a perfume brand.

Oh – & this is apropos of nothing but, I think my husband is willing to go to the LT/TS fragrance programs @ The Smithsonian! I’m asking some good friends of ours to go too. I shall keep you posted… [as I’m sure you’re on the edge of your seat. LOL]

Well, I have tried Wanted, as the notes appealed to me, and found it a pleasant, but blurry scent. I would like to give it another shot, though. Couldn’t make out any specific notes, like the magnolia, say.

Got to try this today. Oddly it launched in Shopper’s Drug Mart before any of the major department stores! Don’t know if the Holt Renfrew has it yet. Anyways…I was not impressed. On me I detect an odd metallic note, or just some note that doesn’t feel like it belongs as part of the overall composition. It’s not offensive by any means, but no lemming for me. Money saved.

…and guys especially: keep it clean” ???
    What the ….!!!???
1- I always wash my hands before I sit at the keyboard.
2- the type of guys that might make comments that are a bit racy are probably not spending their time watching frag posting- and are probably even younger than Ashton and would not be searching the net for Demi videos.

LOL…true, but still wouldn’t be surprised if she got video responses she did not want to see.
