Handed down

Robert never buys fragrances and exclusively wears a blend that is unique to his family – the same recipe has been handed down from generation to generation.

“Because I am of a certain age, I like very much the chypre fragrances, which are a very specific type of fragrance which smell beautiful when you wear them,” says Robert.

(I would have liked to include more of them in my list of 25 must-try rose fragrances, believe me; I was just trying to keep things balanced!)

Majalis is the latest launch from Les Parfums de Rosine, a “seductive and sophisticated” floriental…
