Perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour's L’Entropiste brand has launched White Blood, a new unisex fruity floral fragrance.
Within every flower lies a secret fluid. A pale, dense, almost silent sap: a white blood flowing beyond sight.
White Blood is born from an imaginary flower with opalescent petals.
Here, the flower ceases to be a symbol and becomes an organism. The floral is no longer decorative: it pulses with life. Matter shifts states: the petal dissolves into sap, the sap reforms into petal. Solid and liquid merge simultaneously, a gentle entropy, a beauty in motion.
The notes include bergamot, black pepper, lotus, star fruit, tiare flower, ambergris, musks and vetiver.
L’Entropiste White Blood is available in 50 (€210) and 100 (€295) ml Eau de Parfum.

That’s a really unfortunate name for a perfume. The combination of ‘ white’ and ‘blood’ doesn’t play well. Maybe ‘ lifeblood’ could have worked better?
I think so too, but it might sound different in different cultures…I don’t know where their main market is?
Exactly my thought.
I have to agree with Kanuka. The name White Blood leaves me cold.
