Guerlain has launched Rosa Verde, a new fresh aquatic floral fragrance in the Aqua Allegoria series.
Rosa Verde is intended to capture the "feel-good effect" of a dip on a summer day, with notes of bergamot, cucumber, mint, pear, violet, rose, iris and white musk.
Guerlain Rosa Verde is available in 75 and 125 ml Eau de Toilette, and in a 200 ml refill.

Well depending on what the “white musk” actually is, this could be a very pleasant pretty floral or…..not. Luca Turin has started a Substack where he opines away about perfumes, from the point of view of a connoisseur and a chemist, and I get a kick out of his geeky chemistry talk about various aroma chemicals, the good, the bad and the ugly (ambroxan is mentioned, disapprovingly, more than once!) ! He has been discussing “lesser Guerlains” (Insolence under rated, Liu overrated, etc., etc. ) Almost makes me want to get out a chemistry textbook. Almost….
I dislike cucumbers, pear, AND white musk, so this is of no interest to me.
