Bond no. 9 TriBeCa ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 7 May 2020 7 Comments

Niche line Bond no. 9 has launched TriBeCa, a new fragrance inspired by the lower Manhattan neighborhood.

TriBeCa is having a moment. Meet the chic new fragrance that tells it’s [sic] story. The style is a sexy, unisex, floriental, that’s sophisticated and young, much like the residents of TriBeCa.

TriBeCa was developed by perfumer Michel Almairac. The notes include cacao, hazelnut, jasmine, cedar, ambroxan, moss and caramel.

Bond no. 9 TriBeCa is available now at Saks, $405 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

This line has always been so overpriced. I do like a couple from them, however. The notes in this one sound good, minus the caramel.

They were always overpriced, but not as much as they are now. I think they found their audience and they are sticking with it.

Bond’s always been overpriced, but I do love Eau de NY, Hamptons, and Coney Island. Once my bottles are used up, I won’t repurchase.

I liked Eau de NY too, and the Andy Warhol Silver Factory.

    405 USD for 100ml?
Thanks but my answer is: “Cacao to Cacao” ;-)

P.S.: I really like Washington Square from this line. But still won’t pay 405 really makes no sense to me. If others can/do great for them I applaud them.
