Edward Bess Last Night ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 1 March 2019 8 Comments

Cosmetics and skincare line Edward Bess has launched Last Night, a new fragrance.

Shadow figures blanketed only by the darkness of night. The hours felt infinite while he vowed to keep the sun from rising. I belonged to you and you were all mine if only for the moments of this ecstatic dream. As the moon shone upon your skin like marble, all the stars looked on with envy. We were as one, therein the pitch blackness of nightfall.

Last Night was developed by perfumer Carlos Benaïm and features notes of rose, leather and smoke.

Edward Bess Last Night is available now at Aedes, $300 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

This sounds intriguing and I like others in the line, but wow the prices have really been jacked up. I usually stifle those complaints!

I noticed that, too. They were all $175 until about a month ago. The only one of the original 3 scents that didn’t see a huge price increase, was Genre, which only saw an increase of $10. Spanish Veil increased by $75 and La Femme Bohème increased by $50.

I didn’t buy one because I was economizing at the time, but the first three were great.
