Oh dear, it's Monday again. What fragrance are you wearing?
I'm combining last week's project with this week's project: I'm wearing Etro Shaal Nur for Van Morrison covering Who Can I Turn To.*
Reminder: on 4/21 we're doing Enchanted April (inspired loosely by the novel and movie of the same name) — wear your favorite Italian fragrance.
And for those of you who like to plan ahead, see Scent of the day ~ Friday community projects 2017, where I'll try to always have the next five or six weeks mapped out in advance.
Note: the Etro Paisley Pocket Square is $135 at Barneys.
Twins!
Wow, twins *and* first! We must have mind melded 😉
SOTD vintage Cristalle EDT. We took the boys to Darwin’s house at Downe, though sadly since it’s Easter Monday hundreds of others had the same idea. Wonderful house and gardens though.
there is nothing in the world like vintage Cristalle…..so so so lovely!!! You smell divine!
Cristalle edt is amazing, have a small decant at my desk for comfort when work gets stressful. It’s such a beautiful green and zippy scent!
Darwin’s house must be fascinating, are the grounds beautiful too?, I imagine they would be.
I recently purchased an old bottle of Cristalle edt from eBay, I don’t know how old it is, but it’s dark yellow, and very mossy, it’s really wonderful stuff.
Pierre Bourdon Sous Les Magnolias
French press coffee
I will take some of that coffee 🙂
Coffee twins!
PSA: Bodum sells French press replacement beakers in case one accidentally drops theirs on the kitchen floor and it shatters into a million pieces. Oopsie.
Good to know!
I am a bit clumsy, especially when my eyes are half open at six am and I have two little ones pulling on my night gown…
My boyfriend learned this not once but twice. I told him he needed to get his own coffee maker the second time.
HA!
Lol.
My boyfriend also twice smashed the beaker of my Bodum French press, over the course of about a year. After I replaced it the second time, it took me about a week to smash the third beaker. I have since sworn off the detachable glass beaker press and have gotten one of those one-piece Bodums instead.
Oh I really want to try that one, in fact most of the per fumes on Deneses spring list sounded so good, I want to try half a dozen of them, unfortunately most of them don’t seem to be available in the UK.
How does it compare to Eau de Magnolia (I love that one) I recently tried Magnolia Nobile and was completely underwhelmed.
Hi Mayfly,
I haven’t tried Eau de Magnolia or Magnolia Nobile.
I only tried this one because Denyse had it on her list two times.
I am not even sure if you fell in love if you could still purchase a bottle. I have written to them and they never responded, also even online on the website you can’t.
I’ve never tried French press…must remedy that. I did make a killer batch of cold brew this weekend, though. That will get me through the week! I do love my coffee…
Let me know when you do, you can compost the grounds (or use them in your garden) and since there is no filter, its a very “green” way to make coffee
When I’ve used coffee grounds in my garden, I’ve ended up with a thin layer of mold on top of the grounds. Has anyone else had this problem?
I live in the city so I have never had a garden. I know that growing up my mother spread coffee grounds in the soil
Easter Monday today so still keeping things a little lazy but back to work tomorrow.
Sotd is Atelier Cologne Silver Iris.
Alfred Sung Encore, one of those huge late-eighties floral orientals that starts with tuberose and then drowns it in a million other spicy/woody/balsamic things. In a just world this would have been an enduring classic instead of being quickly discontinued (the tides had already changed by the time it was launched in 1990): to be honest it smells very dated, or at least stuck in its time, but it’s still amazing.
I can’t remember if I ever smelled this one, but I’m sure it is amazing. My favorite was Forever Sung. Also a big, and beautiful fragrance.
I loved the original Sung.
I’d never heard of that one, but I like the original Sung (at least whatever version of it you see around for dirt cheap at Marshall’s and such), and this sounds like something I would like.
Chanel 5 premier today, something nice yet typical. On another note, rainy day recess in April is torture, children are bored with games and on each other’s nerves. CA builders and school planner don’t seem to think we need lunch rooms etc. large enough to house the student body so they eat and play in the classroom on these days. The prettiest perfume in the world cannot cover the smells of lunches from 24 kids and about 8-9 cultures who all bring their children hot, homemade lunches. Nice for the kids to eat but a bit conflicting to smell all in one room.
You smell great but gee, I am sorry about the odors you’re surrounded by. I feel a little nauseous just thinking about it.
13 years and I have no gotten use to it either. Alone, most of them smell great…
You smell great but hate your struggling with the other smells…
I’m not really a scarf gal since I seem to be lacking any type of gene that lends itself to fashion flair, but the one pictured above makes me wish I were more genetically gifted and stylish.
SOTD from my limited choices is Amber Flush. This is a nice juxtaposition to the smell of lemon honey cough drops, which I am still imbibing on a (sadly) regular basis. But, I feel better, so that’s the most important part. Secondly, it’s Monday and I am OFF. T-Rex and I are headed to the dog beach to get some fresh air and sunshine. Pretty sure a nap will ensue for both of us when we get back.
Hope everyone has a fabulous Monday! =)
dog beach and nap sound fabulous! Any scent would be icing on the cake
That one is only a little pocket square, so should not require any genetic gift to use 🙂
Enjoy your day, Deva! Robin beat me to it – all you need is a pocket for this @ $8 / square inch.
Dog beach, fresh air, sunshine, nap: heavenly. Enjoy!
I have Histoires de Parfums Ambre 114 on one arm and Molinard Ambre on the other. It’s the wrong weather for this kind of behavior but it smells pretty great.
Reeking havoc? (just wanted to use the phrase, sorry)
LOL!
Happy Monday! Wearing JM Orris & Sandalwood. It’s been grey & rainy but blue sky is peeking through.
Hope you got some blue skies and you smell great!
Wearing Selperniku by January Scent Project.
This was sent as a sample when I recently purchased Eiderantler, and I am loving this one too – a milky peach sandalwood with enough herbal notes to keep it interesting.
Highly recommended, especially as they have recently introduced 30 ml sprays.
I bought the sample set a couple weeks ago and had fun trying these out. My favorite was Smolderose EDP, but I also enjoyed Eiderantler. It reminded me of another perfume though, so I need to try to figure out which one. I’ll wear both of those again soon! Enjoy your new bottle. ????
I’m doing an Italian week, since I actually have enough different Italian fragrances. First up is Fendi Theorema.
I should love this – the notes sound perfect, and people whom often mirror my tastes adore it, but I just get generic Meh – more for everyone else I guess.
I will have to wear Theorema this week!
me too!
Finishing up two more samples
Desarmante on my neck
L’Attessa on my arms
Enjoying a delicious scone that I picked up yesterday at a bakery not far from where I live…the owner had taken all of her Italian grandmother’s recipes and she makes everything from scratch with only the best ingredients. Her morning sunrise muffins are also to die for. And I am trying SO HARD to be a good girl and not eat so many sweets for health reasons 🙁
Oh and whoever was asking for Ocean Dream in their Easter basket here it is…practically for free!!!
https://www.fragrancex.com/products/_cid_perfume-am-lid_o-am-pid_1003w__products.html
It wasn’t me, but this is tempting.
Yikes! sorry to tempt you-LOL!
It was me. Thanks for the link chocolatemarzipan8. I remember when the ads came out for Ocean Dream and I knew I was going to love it. The bottle was so evocative of finding a sand-worn one on the beach. I had mirror made, years ago now, that incorporated two of them as an accent.
I make scones and usually my little monkey will help, this results in flour all over and everywhere but it is fun.
That’s priceless!!
Sweets are my weakness also. Specifically: cookies, ice cream and Whole Foods two bite brownies!
I have discovered a “healthier” cookie recipe that is delicious though: http://fedandfit.com/2013/01/30/paleo-dark-chocolate-chip-walnut-cookies/
They are delicious! Better than regular chocolate chip cookies imo. And gluten free! If almond flour weren’t so expensive I’d be making these all the time.
Those look so yummy! thank you for sharing that recipe! I am trying to cut back on processed stuff and sweets and eat more whole foods. But those healthy cookies would be a great compromise!
Ditto! Did I mention they are delicious?????
🙂
Desarmant is lovely. Do you like L’Attesa? I just blind bought a lightly used bottle on eBay so hope it’s good!
I liked them both…but not going for a full bottle on either…I am enjoying using up my samples and decants these days! I am sure you will like the L’ Attesa.
I’m trying out my sample of Armani Si Signature Rose today. I don’t care much for the original, but this one is so far, so good. Continuing my house declutter, and heading to Goodwill.
Changed my mind, switched to Allure EDP.
How do you like the Allure? I sampled it in Sephora the other day on a paper strip and it is nothing like I remembered it to be from when I wore it in the 1990s…do you know if it has been reformulated? I am pretty sure I wore the EDT back then which I remembered to be much stronger and lusher than what I tried in Sephora. Coco is not the same either 🙁 …..and this is why I don’t always like to re-visit my old loves. It is not necessarily that the new stuff is “bad”, it’s just different to my nose.
I’m pretty sure it has been reformulated. I say this because I tried to wear it when it first came out, I would get a severe headache. I revisited it last year, and found I could wear it. I like it.
Ok that makes sense that it would give you a headache because I remember it being a real powerhouse back in the day. I am glad that you can wear it now! Sometimes reformulations work out for the better 🙂
My mom has worn Allure since the 90s. She still loves it, though it has changed a bit. I wish she’d branch out but she just sticks to it. 🙂
I did a lot of decluttering over the weekend and my wardrobe is now half of what it used to be! Feels good, doesn’t it?
It does feel good! I have a little ways to go still, haven’t done my closet yet.
I did this recently too after watching The Minimalists on Netflix and learning of Project 333. I hauled several boxes off to goodwill. It was liberating!
We are already fairly minimal but after watching the Minimalists we took it to another level haha. Also, as Realtors, my partner and I (also my bf) see a lot of clutter in a lot of houses and it makes us even more vigilant lol.
It helps that my house was built in the 1930’s, so closet space is already “minimal.”
Yay to the minimalists!!!! One of my best friends got me into all of this and now I am obsessed-LOL! You should see my closet! My mother (who hoards clothing) almost had a heart attack when she peeked in! do you read any of the blogs?
I did yet another purge this weekend. Been following the Minimalists and Becoming Minimalist blogs/sites for a couple of years. It’s a slow process but I’m getting there.
Project 333 is really the only blog I’ve spent any time on. What are the other good ones? Ironically those guys will be in town next month. I’m not about to pay to go see them though when I can check out blogs for free.
Off the top of my head I like the Minimalists, Becoming Minimalist, Be More With Less, Cait Flanders….there was another one I just discovered but the name escapes me…once you get on one site there are links to other sites…I should have approached it like cazaubon (slowly) but I went hog wild and gathered things up in one fell swoop and took bags and bags to a local church in a very short time frame. My drawers are equally as bare as my closet. Honestly, I know this is NOT the approach/solution for everyone but it works for me…..I really do like having less and having neat and organized drawers and closets….and getting dressed in the morning is so easy now. and no one at works seems to mind or notice that I seem to be wearing the same outfits over and over again.
Tiny Ambitions…..that was the other one…she has a great post about where to donate your unwanted make up and beauty supplies…in case anyone is interested……
Here we go- Project Beauty Share-
https://www.tinyambitions.com/project-beauty-share/
Great! Thanks!
In Le Labo Lys 41. Two spritzs and I am enveloped in a thick cloud of white flower goodness. I should remember to reduce it to one spritz next time to reduce the possibility of suffocating my coworkers.
But you do smell great.
Thank you and I agree!
I just don’t want to think about what my coworkers think about my perfume du jour 😀
Day off today but about to log in to the work network to catch up.
SOTD = L’Heure Bleue EDP and L’Heure Bleue Extract
A kind NSTer sent me both versions and today is my second wearing. I like the Extract better – it’s brighter and has a melange of flowers I could not individually identify other than violets on account of its powderiness. The EDP has a wet cement, band-aid, garlicky thing going on…it could be that my nose is broken.
I do have vintage LHB parfums, one from the 30s and one from the 60s, I think. I will reciprocate for science!
Is the L’HB edp new or vintage? I have a bottle of vintage and actually like it a bit better than the extrait (not that I don’t love the extrait!). I can’t imagine what you’re smelling unless it’s the old, stronger anise/cough drop note gone bad. 🙁
The ones I am wearing right now are the new versions. I think I need to wear the EDP by itself and also dab and not spray. I get wet cement / mustiness for a few other perfumes as well, including Miyako Auphorie (and my sample was new) and L’AP Voleur de Roses (from a Barney’s tester). Waiting for the dry down which are similar, in my nose’s opinion.
I should taken the day off today! Good on you for being on the work network, though!
L’Heure Bleue is such a powder bomb. While I do love it I don’t wear it often. I do have the current version of the EDP (at least 3 years old) and vintage extrait, I love the extrait better. A whole lot less powder that’s in your face.
Both are now in dry down and I want to gnaw off my arms because it now smells like vanilla shortbread and the only thing stopping me, besides not wanting to be a cannibal, is the thread of Violet’s that persist. Lovely and extremely wearable, with preference to the Parfum/Extract!
You smell lovely. I have a bottle of vintage EDP. I find it great as a sleel scent, altjough I love it anytime!
Oi…sleep scent
You smell so wonderful!
You smell absolutely glorious!
Monday indeed!! After a quick weekend jaunt to South Carolina to visit in-laws/grandparents, I am EXHAUSTED. The kids and hubs aren’t any better! 🙂
Wearing an easy scent….Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia.
Onward! Forward!
Easy and very refreshing indeed. ONWARD!
Sounds like you need a weekend off after your weekend off.???? I’ve had those.
You smell nice!
You don’t have a list of Italian houses/brands on the site, do you Robin? I suspect I’m forgetting some.
In any case, I’m American today in Halston.
Will this do?
https://www.fragrantica.com/country/Italy.html
Yes, thanks Mals!
I cannot beat that list I’m sure, but if it helps anybody, here’s Erin’s short list:
https://nstperfume.com/2009/08/14/5-perfumes-the-best-of-italy/
Plus an old SOTD when we did Italian niche:
https://nstperfume.com/2015/07/17/friday-scent-of-the-day-717/
I am in trouble because most of what I had on mals’ list has long been drained…I might have to go with my Prada Candy sample on Friday (although I do have a Pink Sugar rollerball that I inherited from a younger family member but y’all will kill me if I wear that one-LOL!)
Wow! I could easily do a whole month of Italian perfumes. That list is super helpful.
SOTD: vintage Guerlain Jardins de Bagatelle. On me it’s much prettier and more subtle than the list of notes would suggest.
You smell fabulous
I thought that was nice when I tried it, too. (But am stocked up on BWFs, so didn’t choose to buy any.)
Lovely!
I have the perfect scent planned for Friday, but today I am vintage French:Jicky. It’s been a vanilla-fest over here,as I recently wore L’Artisan Vanilia,Coty Vanilla Fields and Tocade in recent days!Hope everyone has a wonderful week!Friday:let the perfume-room-designing beginnnn!!!!X
Vanilla Fields!!!!! No one ever mentions that one! I think I must have drained 5 bottles of that one….
Can’t wait to see the finished product of your perfume room 🙂
Ditto!
Vanilla Fields was something I wore a lot of during the late 90’s
and it was so ridiculously affordable 🙂
yes, I bought mine at our pharmacy, sometimes on sale it was a steal!
Yes! Vanilla Fields and Sand & Sable i always bought at the local drugstore!
Dame Perfumery’s Black Flower Mexican Vanilla reminded me of Vanilla Fields when I first tried it.
I agree….I actually have two full bottles of that one floating around our house.
Jiiiicky! You smell fab. Get your creativity revved up for the design process on Friday! ????
I don’t think I have enough Italian stuff to do a whole week, but I’m on theme today without even meaning to be. I’m wearing Bvlgari Omnia Paraiba. Also drinking cold brew coffee that I made with a bit of cardamom and clove. It’s pretty tasty.
i love adding cardamon to coffee
Oh, I love that Etro design! SOTD is Madame Rochas. I enjoy wearing it in the spring.
Isn’t that pretty? And you smell perfect.
Today’s SOTD is Clinique Wrappings by Clinique, greens, florals, leather and oceanic notes – it’s perfect for today’s drizzly SF weather.
I love this! It’s perfect for fall/winter in the desert as well.
You smell great…I had a bottle of that many many years ago…it always reminds me of winter in NYC as that was when and where I wore it.
Only a couple of Italian options for me this week. There are a few Carthusias I wouldn’t mind having small decants of in my collection. They are forever languishing on my STC wishlist (Aria di Capri, Ligea.., Mediterraneo).
Today I went with CdG Zagorsk since it’s a little drizzly and grey. A friend who worked in a men’s fancy clothing store( which closed last weekend) gave me some bottles that were hanging out in a drawer-about a 1/3 bottle of Zagorsk and a fb of Play: Black which I don’t think I like, but the graphic on the bottle is cute so it’s on a shelf for decoration right now.
I think Zagorsk reminds me of Dior Homme?
THought about Ferre 20 today, but yesterday’s DK Gold was so enjoyable that I’m doing Part II in it today.
My sister is visiting from NY and I get to see the new nephew in the flesh!! Gotta kiss those chipmunk cheeks.
What fun!
I was twins with u yesterday in DK Gold, and enjoyed it very much too!
I will have to dig through my collection for some Italian candidates! I seem to lean very French and American (with a few Brits thrown in). Getting in the spirit at least with FM’s Lys Mediterranee today. I enjoy this, but it’s not my Holy Grail lily, in part because the first 20 minutes or so are knock-me-off-my-feet strong.
If we include mainstream designer, I could go weeks! But my collection is probably mostly French too.
Happy Monday All! I’m wearing White Jasmine and Mint by JM today.
I slept in this morning (it was glorious).
Scent of the morning/afternoon was Romanza by Masque Milano.
Scent of late afternoon/ evening. Sycomore edt (after a run and a long hot shower).
I love both scents!
I did not sleep in, and could use a nap right now 🙂
SOTD is vintage Diorella – a gift of a few ml from a friend (I’m going through all my tiny samples in alphabetical order at the moment). I managed to spill it right up my arms from the silly little bottle. But for Italian, I only seem to have two fragrances that are Italian at all – a few ml of a Xerjoff (not sure which, would have to check) and a very recently bought mini of a vintage Capucci. About 99% of my frags appear to be French, which I hadn’t noticed before.
you smell glorious!
Starting off Italian week in Carthusia Corallium. I’ve seen this compared to EdM in some reviews. I prefer EdM, but this one is pretty and smells summery.
I have still not tried that one! What is EdM?
Eau des Merveilles.
I ordered a sample of this one because I read it is Molly Ringwald’s signature scent and I am a sucker for anything related to 80’s John Hughes movies.
Love those movies! Some of my favs for sure. We have a DeLorean so to say we’re kinda stuck in the 80s would be a bit of an understatement. 😉
Ah — did not know Corallium was related, thanks!
Waiting for my Fragrance Net package today. Soon I’ll be wearing either Vol de Nuit or Eau d’Hermes. It’s a lazy day so I’m not feeling any pressure to put something on immediately.
Yay for a lazy day.
Happy (Easter) Monday, youse guys!
My holiday weekend was the best:
1) Soaked in a Kneipp bath on Friday night, intedning on going to a movie later. NOPE. My muscles felt so loose and warm, and all I could do was crawl into bed (with freshly laundered sheets, mind) Was knocked out by 930 PM!\
2) Went to the TedXPortland talks on Saturday! What a GLORIOUS day- lots of sunshine, great vibes and really terrific people- I made about 6 new friends! Some of my favorite thinkers and makers in the Portland metro area were there, and I got introduced to some new ones I will be keeping an eye on. Really progressive and interesting ideas to chew on and talk about. Lots of drinks in the park outside Keller Auditorium and throughout the city.
3) Easter Sunday-also my birthday! Sunny morning followed by a mostly cloudy afternoon. Slept in, watched Mass on TV, did a walk up and around Rocky Butte (tons of flowering trees and trees in new leaf) and read part of Dune. Then went out for a quick glass of Champagne with friends, and watched the new episode of Doctor Who.
4) Monday! Am in Molinard Jasmin, layered over Rose Jam shower gel. Very, very lovely.
Happy birthday! (Mine was Saturday.)
Happy Birthday to both of you
YAY! Happy birthday!
Happy birthdays all around!
Happy Birthday to ya! That Molinard Jasmin is quite nice. I think it gives A La Nuit a run for its money. I probably should have bought it when it was on sale at Anthropologie. You do smell lovely!
That is how I got it! It’s really wonderful and the bottle is lovely! If you can budget it in, it’s worth the money at full price- about $70 for 3 ounces, and you only need a couple of spritzes! And in my humble opinion, it does give A La Nuit a run!
Happy Birthday to u!
Happy Birthday Ede!
Happy Birthday, Ede!
Happy birthday!
Happy belated birthday, Ede!
Happy Birthday!
Happy (Belated) Birthday!
It is acting like spring so I am wearing Desarmant. Yay!
Acting like spring here too 🙂
Chamade for me today. I smell pretty.
Indeed.
I’ve been stalking a bottle of Chamade parfum at a tiny antique store for so long. One day I will cave to this beauty.
Oh lucky you. Mine is just the current EDT but it’s still quite nice.
Happy belated Birthday! Smelling beautiful today.
Happy scented (and belated) birthday, Bastet!
You smell very pretty, indeed! Happy (Belated) Birthday!
No. 19 EDP – might as well make a dent in the bottle, right? How else will it know it’s mine?
Absolutely! You have to assert your personality with 19, or she takes the upper hand and keeps it!
Nice! I may wear this everyday for the rest of the month!
Starting Italian week in Maria Candida Gentile Hanbury (thanks to ElisaP). I sprayed generously since I have the office to myself today. I found out last night that my perfume-sensitive officemate is staying home with a cold. I also brought my sample with me so I can refresh throughout the day.
I also happen to be wearing a paisley top reminiscent of Etro, except that it’s a polyester thrift store find. ????
Which is even better! Hanbury is on my list for the week too.
True! And my boss told me I look fancy today in my shirt/blazer combo, ha!
After looking at the Fragrantica list of Italian perfume houses, I realize I am overwhelmed with choices. But I’m putting Acca Kappa Calycanthus at the top of the list because it’s a favorite for spring.
Calican thus sounds lovely, will procure a sample!
Oh, I forgot that one, and I have a bottle!
Well, I have decided to do a week of Eau d’Italie, as I got a bunch of samples 15 months ago and they aren’t getting any younger. And it’s sort-of on theme, depending on how I love them.
SOTD and Eau d’Italie #1 is “Magnolia Romana”. It’s a pretty but retiring scent, floral and green. It dies down quickly to a skin scent, but then hangs around, so I can’t replace with something more robust. Quite Spring-like, and some of you guys would like it a lot. Me, I can take it or leave it. :^)
Nice project! I can take or leave MR myself.
I’m wearing a bit of Annick Goutal’s Mandragore.
Their website lists bergamot, black pepper, spearmint, star anise and ginger. It’s a sunny, citrusy scent, and while it’s not actually Italian at all, it feels like it could be!
beautiful!
I’m wearing Marni today, and currently drinking a cup of Jasmine Green Tea.
Lovely! I might wear Marni tomorrow, such a nice ‘easy’ perfume, appropriate for all situations.
Best of days to NST. Tuesday, and the last day of our Easter break. Education gets an extra day at Easter: the rest of A-NZ has to go back to work. I’ve decided to roar around doing personal admin things like renewing my driver’s license, fixing up some bank stuff, applying for my gold card (gives free public transport to oldies) now that 65 is just a breath away. Boring, but necessary. I’m elevating the sheer drear of all this with La Pausa. Oh, the dry witty elegance of this perfume. Some days, you just have to be grateful that Chanel does what it does. I have actually read and contemplated the wisdom of Angela’s words this morning, and I agree with everything, but I am still going to buy a bottle of La Pausa for my birthday, despite the flood and associated expenses. Hey ho. I’d better get up and face the day. Be well and beautifully scented, all.
You smell great for personal admin!
A little Acqua di Parma Acqua di Colonia to wake up (and be Italian)
(colonia assoluta. Apparently the effects were only temporary)
🙂
Thanks to Mals’ link I learned I have 10 Italian houses represented in my cabinet. Who knew? Today I’m going to wear the easygoing Prada Infusion d’Iris. I had a little medical procedure this morning and now that I’m home I don’t want anything too heavy. Looking forward to napping and taking it easy this afternoon.
I hope that you recover quickly!
Take it easy, and get better soon!
Hope you had a restorative relaxing day!
Hopefully you will be up and around very quickly.
I am returning to the grind today from my vacation in sunny Florida. Why do vacation days fly by in a blink while work days seem to last forever? Re-entering with Rahele.
Sorry!
I love Rahele. You smell wonderful.
Will start Italian week tomorrow. Today I’m wearing Nuit de Tuberose.
I’m wearing Le Labo Ambrette No. 9. Found a vial of it while pawing through my sample drawer, and it’s perfect for this warm, sunny spring day when I’m at home and not doing much of anything.
SOTD = ELdO’s Far Electrician, from the sample stash. Considering this as a FB purchase… but is there something on my list that I like even more???
Drat!!! I meant “Fat Electrician” not “Far”! Must be a Monday.
Far Electrician cracked me up. There ought to be a scent for that too.
Still enjoying Angelique Noire, which is going strong more than 11 hours after I spritzed myself 2x. For the past week, it has called to me each morning, but it is beautiful, so I don’t mind that it appears to be my Groundhog Day scent at the moment!
You smell beautiful!
SOTD is N°5 L’Eau, following the 31 Rue Cambon I wore for my Easter scent yesterday.
Hmm, I think my options for Italian perfumes on Friday are pretty limited. Must check the ‘ol inventory…
You smelled wonderful yesterday and today!
In my Shalimar just because I haven’t worn it in over a week and I start missing it. Surprised my love just for fun with a little something va va voom when he got him from work and Shalimar fits the bill for times like that. 😉
Have a good week, you wonderful smelling folks!
Have fun!
Yowza!
You smell great! Were you going into withdrawal going that long without wearing it? ????
Ha! Almost! I do love it so…I want to get some more of the edc for the warm months.
