Carolina Herrera CH Privee ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 6 January 2017 5 Comments

Carolina Herrera CH Privée

Carolina Herrera will launch CH Privée, a new fragrance for women. CH Privée is a flanker to 2007’s Carolina Herrera CH (and see also: CH Men Privé, from 2015).

The sheer oriental fragrance was developed by perfumer Dominique Ropion. The notes include a "red leather accord enveloped in a veil of musk."

Carolina Herrera CH Privée will be available in 80 ml Eau de Parfum; look for it in February.

(via diarydirectory, fashioninsight.co.uk)

Update: additional notes include osmanthus, vanilla and patchouli. It will also be in 50 ml.

Leather and musk…I’m in! Although, I feel suspicious of “sheer” and the term “red leather accord”. But seems worth smelling.

Sadly I cannot at the moment remember what CH smelled like…

It’s very purse-like, which I guess is the idea?

Okay, so I’m all for innovation in bottle design and this is so cute BUT can you just see the cloth getting stained by the juice and eventually disintegrating? (Not trying to be Debbie Downer, just being realistic.)
