A quick spot for Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure.
The pretty bottle for Pure is not shown in the ad.
That tear drop is weird.
Who (besides perfume people) watches these perfume ads?
I think most of these ads, at the moment, are Facebook / social media fare — people following the fashion pages of these brands presumably see them. I do see some ads on TV still, but the number of people watching network tv is obviously not what it was.
Oh — and I think they’re doing a separate spot for the bottle! Also, this is the short version, not sure if the bottle is shown in the longer version.
Ah-ha! mystery solved. I don’t watch TV with commercials (the cable box/dvr is unplugged), and I have purposefully avoided anything related to fragrance and fashion on FB. The blogs are enough for me. For now.
