Best packaging …..Miu Miu ?????? Someone is having a laugh….
Oh, I liked that one! Not the scent, but the bottle.
Robin …sorry !!!
It’s probably just me then . Everyone seems to like the bottle . I find it very garish .
Oh, but do not be sorry! You are allowed to hate it, and I am allowed to like it, right? Neither of us need apologize 🙂
It’s not just you; I find it hideous, too! Like they’re trying to be bold, but end up being merely trashy.
I love that bottle! I regret pretty much every fragrance I purchased for the bottle, so I am holding fast… but the Miu Miu bottle is soooo tempting.
I’m probably going to cave if I find a small bottle at a discount. It might not be an olfactory masterpiece but I didn’t recoil in disgust when I smelled it. It’s uninspired but inoffensive and thankfully isn’t a sugar bomb.
I expect I will use it to freshen up the guest room linens or the downstairs powder room, but I might actually wear it once in a while too.
Mikas–you are half way to the store with your credit card out and I’m not far behind…
I was trying to think of a justification for buying that bottle and I think you have found it, thanks!
I happily agree with all except Dior Sauvage- Misia deserves every accolade it gets!
I have a feeling Sauvage is going to sweep the awards this year! We’ll see.
By far, Sauvage is the worst dreck-in-a-bottle I’ve smelled in some time. Fake bergamot and a dog whistle of a woody amber. Just terrible and of course, it’s selling like mad. 🙁
I agree, one of the worst things I’ve ever smelled.
The Marie Claire Group is owned in part by the L’Oreal group.
Isn’t a bit funny that there is no L’Oreal owned fragrance among the winners?
It’s rather admirable, actually, if it was intentional.
Sauvage, really? That stuff is hideousness bottled. Just goes to prove that sales trump quality. And that the undiscerning will buy whatever frag du jour SAs are pushing.
People are actually buying Sauvauge? So sad and so many places selling it don’t even carry Eau Sauvage, what a world…
