Etro Marquetry ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 9 September 2015 5 Comments

Etro Marquetry

Italian brand Etro has launched Marquetry, a new oriental fragrance for women.

An exclusive perfume tradition, a luminous and multifaceted essence, in perfect harmony with the cosmopolitan spirit of the maison. Feminine but much more, conceived by a woman who approaches life with a decisive attitude and with unlimited curiosity.

The notes include bergamot, lavender, peach, rose, tobacco, almond, tonka bean, amber, musk and vanilla.

Etro Marquetry can be found now at Harrods, ÂŁ118 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Shaal Nur is still the only one I own — but do love their packaging.

Ouch! That is not a new fragrance, they are relaunching their old and obscure stuff. I own a bottle of Etro’s Marquetry dated 1989.

Ah, not at all. Mine is a cozy and warm woody scent, reminding of old bookshelves filled with herbarium books. I wonder what would be this re-edition smell 🙂
