Scented pinky rings from David Yurman

Posted by Robin on 25 August 2015 12 Comments

David Yurman Bubblegum Pinky Rings

David Yurman has launched Bubblegum Pinky Rings, a new series of limited edition scented rings available in five colors and scents.

The brightly colored resin Bubblegum Pinky Rings (which are available in yellow and rose gold settings) are infused with scents like bubblegum, spearmint, cotton candy, and grape — inspired by the nostalgic scents of Yurman’s son Evan’s youth. The collection is available for pre-sale starting today and will hit stores September 1st, giving you just enough time to pick your signature scent.

The rings are $875 each.

I was just thinking that I’d only get one of these for myself if it came with stickers.

There is a target market for someone who can afford $875 for a ring that smells like bubblegum? HRH Princess Charlotte in a few years, maybe, but who else?

    Sorry, grumpy today, but honestly…

Judging by the comments on the DY Facebook site, yes, there are people who are interested! How many will cough up the dough, no idea, but I guess that’s also why they’re limited edition.

$875 for colored resin and some gold!!! I do wonder how long the bubblegum scent lasts.

    Would absolutely purchase 3 @ $20/ea.

But $875 (plus tax!!)… I’ll just buy a ring pop.

I agree – they are really cute and I like the aesthetic. Given that it’s gold I can imagine paying $60 for one…
