Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Extreme ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 31 March 2015 6 Comments

Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Extreme

Viktor & Rolf will launch Spicebomb Extreme, a new fragrance for men. Spicebomb Extreme is a flanker to 2012's Spicebomb, and follows 2014's Spicebomb Eau Fraîche.

The notes include lavender, cumin, black pepper, tobacco and vanilla.

Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Extreme will be available in 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette.

Update: Additional notes include pink grapefruit, pimento, cinnamon, cumin, saffron, amber and cistus. The description from Viktor & Rolf: "Seductive. Intense. Overly sexy. Approach at your own risk. You might get burned. More explosive than ever, Spicebomb turns up the heat. Introducing Spicebomb Extrême Eau de Parfum, the latest addition to the Spicebomb range: a fiery interpretation of the original scent."

I will test this out. Spicebomb was ok, I preferred HDP 1899 over SB though. Hopefully, this will be less sweet than the original but I doubt it.

There’s no need for a stronger Cakeboom, it’s way too extreme as it is.

I almost wet myself for a second reading this.
Because I find SpiceBomb to be close to TF’s Tobacco Vanille, only lacking some vanilla. So I got excited!
Then I saw the word lavender.
    Oh no. Why V&R, why?!

Article mentions it is an Eau de Toilette. I was assuming it was going to be an Eau de Parfum. Anyone know for sure?
