Halle Berry Wild Essence ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 13 August 2014 11 Comments

Halle Berry Wild Essence

Halle Berry will launch Wild Essence, a new perfume for women.

"The essence of a woman is in body and soul and becomes more sensual in nature, so with my newest fragrance I wanted to go deep into the rainforest where I could capture the primal richness of nature in an effortless scent."

A very sexy, sultry fragrance bursting with the freshness of citrus notes combined with a bright floral heart bouquet then wrapped in a sophisticated light softness of sandalwood and patchouli.

Additional notes include bergamot, mandarin, black currant, freesia, linden, rose, cotton flower, musk and amber.

Halle Berry Wild Essence will be available in 30 ml Eau de Parfum.

Seeing that photo causes fremdscham in me. It is the opposite of schadenfreude. Here is an NPR story: http://www.npr.org/2014/07/19/332760081/the-opposite-of-schadenfreude-vicarious-embarrassment.

Ha…then do go watch the video, the fremdscham (I do love how the Germans have a word for everything!) is overwhelming. All I could think of while watching it is — gosh, does she really need $ this badly?

          Cringe-worthy, that is.

      fremdscham, indeed!

That photo doesn’t make me want to run out and buy perfume. It just reminds me that I live in the sweaty, steam-bath part of the south. 🙁

Am becoming so tired of celebrity fragrances, & flankers come to that – nothing against this one per se, it may just be the one to have pushed me over the edge…!

There’s something particularly random about this one, so I do get the feeling.

Agree with everyone above! It feels desparate and disconnected.

HOWEVER, I do think she must come up with another scent, as she’s missing the excellent opportunity to come out with Halle Wild Berry, or maybe Halle Berry Essence?!

I expect her to keep pumping out a lot more fragrances over the years due to the child support she has to pay. She will have more than JLO.
