Miss Pucci by Emilio Pucci ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 8 June 2010 16 Comments

Miss Pucci fragrance

Pucci will launch Miss Pucci, a new fragrance for women, in July. Miss Pucci follows 2007's Pucci Vivara and the packaging shares that scent's bubble motif.

Miss Pucci was developed by perfumers François Demachy, Christine Nagel and Benoît Lapouza. The notes include citrus, rose, orange blossom, jasmine, cedar, iris and white musk.

I will update with sizes and concentration when I find them. (via marieclaire.fr)

Update: Miss Pucci is a sparkling floral musk, and additional notes include magnolia, lemon, ylang ylang. It will be available in 50 ml. (via wwd)

Another update: see a brief review of Miss Pucci.

Wow I am really liking the bottle! :-)

I didn´t like vivara… I don´t know… for me Pucci is equivalent with the 60’s and psychodelia, and I expected something more “60’s”… the bottle was ok too, but the fragrance was too tranquil…

I hope this is a bit more memorable! :-D

I did not like Vivara either, and I still regret that because that is one of my favorite bottles of the past few years.

Is it supposed to look like a watch?

LOL…it looked nothing like a watch until you said that! Oh dear, now it really does.

A watch was my first thought as well! The notes sound promising. It would be a fun bottle to have – if I like the fragrance.

Cute bottle! And now I’m seeing it as a watch, too. Ha.

Love Christine Nagel – sounds like the “Miss” in the name implies 14-year-old, though, so probably not for me.

If you say the name out loud it sounds like something you’d name a toy poodle.

Oh, hope it is not geared so young…but we’ll see, it might well be.

They keep coming out with the cutest, coolest bottles. I haven’t really liked any of the scents so far though, darn it.

I don’t think it looks like a watch but a little similarity with Idylle(little) I love this bottle I think it’s really cute.

I thought that it *was* a watch until I looked closer – but I do love the bottle and I like Vivara (well, I did, but I haven’t worn it in awhile, so it’s possible that I don’t like it anymore, which has happened to many of my old favorites…. sigh), so I’ll definitely give it a sniff.

I LOVE Vivara! it was so Piquant and Fresh yet had a very feminine green-ness to the die down! :-) this looks absolutely MARVELLOUS! that Bottle is Tres Adorable! the notes sound in no way Young or Junior in their conception, sounds rather High End in fact! Waiting Expectantly for this one! hope they make a Mister Pucci as well!

I’m not liking the bottle, and I haven’t loved any of the other Pucci scents, but the notes in this sound lovely. I’m also a little concerned about the “Miss” factor (I appear to have graduated to “Ma’am,’ much to my dismay) but we’ll have to wait and see.

    I ADORE Vivara! (and I’m young-ish)

And the notes of this (much better note description on the Harrod’s website) sound up my alley, well all except for that lemon, I’m so tired of citrus top notes

I’ll need to smell this asap.
