Posted by Robin on 9 September 2007 4 Comments

Benetton has launched B.United Jeans, "two fragrances easy to wear, sensual and dynamic just like a pair of jeans".

Benetton B.United Jeans Woman includes notes of vine peach, lazer aldehydes, mandarin, jasmine, cyclamen, hyacinth, musk, sandalwood and grey amber.

Benetton B.United Jeans Man features mandarin, ivy flower, red berry pepper, lily of the valley, white cedar, amberwood, sandalwood, vanilla and musk.

Benetton B.United Jeans Woman & Man are available in 30 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette. (via benetton)

Recent releases from Benetton: United Colors of Benetton Woman, Man, Unisex.

Cosmetics and beauty brand Hard Candy has launched a new eponymous fragrance:

The Hard Candy Fragrance was developed with a Hard Candy sort of girl in mind—a hint of sweetness, but with a bit of depth and mystery. Top notes of White Tea and Pink Peppercorn are rounded out with the essence of Rose and Jasmine. Just when you reach it’s caramely sweetness, sultry vanilla and cashmere musk offer the right balance of playful and sexy!

Hard Candy Fragrance is available in 50 ml (pink, $42) or 100 ml (green, $55) Eau de Parfum. (via hardcandy)

Seriously? Benetton Colors was all the rage during my middle school years. Their multi-racial advertising campaign was almost too deep for me to fathom. The Benetton aesthetic is so inseparable from the 80's for me that I honestly thought the company went out of business exactly 17 years ago!

K, they're still alive & kicking, and still doing those ad campaigns! Whether they are as popular as they used to be, I've no idea, but they're still releasing fragrances regularly.

The 80's are making a comeback in a fierce way… I saw acid-washed jeans in purple and turquoise with ankle zippers, and loads of legwarmers, at Urban Outfitter's last weekend. So, any day now, Benetton will rule the universal consciousness once again!

So true! I still have acid washed jeans tucked away somewhere…
