Fabulous Fragrances of the World: new daily access

Posted by Robin on 29 June 2006 3 Comments

Fabulous Fragrances of the World, the online fragrance database created by Jan Moran and Michael Edwards, is now offering 1 day (24 hour) subscriptions for $19.95. When I posted about Fabulous Fragrances last September, they had information about 4600+ fragrances, now there are over 5000, including new, discontinued and current perfumes.

That's still a bit much for one day?

I guess it depends on how you look at it…I can only imagine that the database is very expensive to create & maintain, and it is pretty much designed for professionals, not consumers. But yes, for your average consumer, it might be more than you want to pay.

Having 24-hr access to the Promotional Wizard alone is worth $19.95. The service (24-hr and annual) is for fragrance professionals. It makes sense to try the short-term access before buying otherwise. The virtual tour is free and available to anyone.
