It looks so pretty in that bottle but I still preferred the tear drop one.I guess that one was exclusive to 2001 though.

Very blue…almost Windex blue. Not my favorite color for perfume, but the fragrance is gorgeous.

How come that this one comes in a spray bottle when the other fragrances in “La Collection” line don't. Is Lancôme going to redesign them as well?

I have been wanting to try this one forever! I'm glad that it will be more widely available, but disappointed to see that it's so expensive. I guess it's relative, since 1 oz bottles were going for almost $200 (or more) on Ebay, but I was hoping for something a bit more reasonable. I will have to sniff this one asap!

Went to the Lancome site but don't see any mention of it.

No idea, C. Could just be because it is a much lighter scent?

I was hoping it would be less $$ too, but ah well. At least it is available again.

Go to the US site, click on fragrance, then on La Collection, then scroll down.

Thanks Robin. Guess I was too excited. I'm so tempted to order it but I really should wait and see if it's comparable to the original. Shouldn't I?

It's so pretty. I wonder if it would go with the green of my Climat. LOL!

I would wait if you can, but you might want to email Lancome and ask when it will be available at counters!

LOL — there is a great way to justify a perfume purchase ;-)

I've just ordered a bottle from Saks. I am happy to see that the juice is the same blue as the original. This new bottle is a 1.7 for $125. The original was one ounce for $50. But those of us who adore the original do not mind forking out for this new one. I love the new bottle, not as much as the teardrop, but still it's pretty and elegant. I am so happy that Lancome brought back this perfect rose scent.

It certainly isn't the bargain that it was, P, but glad to see it revived, and $125 as you say is not out of the question given how lovely it is.
