British brand Atkinsons has launched Mystic Moonlight, a new fragrance in the Atkinsons 1799 Reserve Collection.

In 1919, London was captivated by Sakuntala, a performance of the ancient Sanskrit myth of a maiden born of divine and earthly origins, raised in a hidden forest beneath the moon. Inspired by this timeless tale, Atkinsons created Sakuntala.

A century later, the story unfolds anew as Mystic Moonlight — a beguiling, utterly enchanting escape into a secret Eden. A tropical accord with maracuja and coconut absolute, it unfurls into a mysterious, woody sanctuary of exotic oud and cedarwood, before lingering in a warm, sensual base of amber and tonka bean. An ancient love story, retold for the modern age.

Additional notes include red ginger, cypriol and labdanum.
