British brand Atkinsons has introduced Ambre Royal and Midnight Scented Dream, two new fragrances in the Atkinsons 1799 Reserve Collection. Earlier this year, the brand launched Platinum Blend.

Ambre Royal ~ "Ambre Royal is an evocative journey across epochs and cultures, a modern reinterpretation of a story that began in 1927. Its inspiration springs from a small carved amber purse bottle, an exquisite objet d’art from Imperial China, which captivated the house of Atkinsons with its exotic beauty and refined craftsmanship. That precious artefact became the creative spark that led to the birth of Ambre Chinois, one of the first Eastern-inspired fragrances introduced to the Western world. [...] THE NECTAR ACCORD Envision amber’s sacred essence as nectar of the gods, where ylang-ylang’s narcotic, intoxicating charm melds with magnolia’s delicate embrace. THE INCANDESCENT ACCORD To recreate amber’s incandescence, Maurice Roucel selected the exclusive Ambre De Laire 84, originally crafted by Georges De Laire in the early twentieth century.
