L'Artisan Parfumeur celebrates their 50th this year, and they're reissuing the 1998 Pierre Dinand blackberry-shaped bottle of Mûre et Musc. I think it was last seen in 2005 but I could be wrong. This year's model will hold 100 ml of Mûre et Musc Extrême. 100 bottles were mouth-blown at the Bercauverre workshop, with brass stem and leaves by Atelier Pichard-Balme and a presentation case from Atelier Martial. Reportedly €1500, available next week at the brand's Paris Saint-Honoré boutique, and possibly elsewhere.
It’s beautiful…sadly I’m not rich.
The price is way higher than I expected.
Ditto, would they consider adopting us? Or at the very least, putting us on scholarship?? 😉
I can’t believe I am saying this, but the pricing is not too outrageous.
In 2005 it was €190, so I am astonished at the price. I do not know if the bottle was produced the same way though.
Inflation these 20 years sure is nuts.
I must’ve been somewhat desensitized by the exorbitant asking prices of ordinary perfumes these days.
I’m voting that THE most beautiful bottle design ever. Not sure how functional it is but so what? It’s an art piece, right? Also, voting the price absolutely hilarious! 🤣
That is so beautiful. I still have a regular bottle of Mure et Musc. The price is high though!!
Mure et Musc is one of the first I fell in love with from them. It’s so refreshing, and that bottle…. If I win the lottery, my $$$ would go to the Humane Society first, but I might order one of these!
It does look like a fancy cat toy, doesn’t it??
LOL at “fancy cat toy”! 😼
I bought a bottle of Mure et Musc when L’Artisan had a shop in Covent Garden, London – I really loved it, although it was very different to my usual fragrances. I am sorry their shop disappeared some time ago. I’m sure their fragrances are available in Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nicks & the like, but their standalone boutique was lovely, with excellent staff. I do love the blackberry bottle pictured though!
Always wanted one of these….but no.
