We're marking the end of May and the beginning of June (don't forget to rabbit first thing on Monday!) with our standard open thread poll.
Talk about anything you like — the fragrance you’re wearing today, your favorite scented sunscreen or after sun lotion, whatever.
Or, ask a question about fragrance, then see if anyone else has asked a question that you can answer…

ps meant to add…Blue Micromoon this weekend!
https://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/when-is-the-next-blue-moon/
I am in Melograno after showering.
For the farmers market I tried another sample from the SMN stash Alba di Seoul a piney green sent.
Today while going back and forth to water my plants, some water was leaking from the watering can and I slipped on my kitchen and fell so hard. I wish I could say something elegant like I fell off my horse, but no, it was in the kitchen and I am in a little bit of pain. Not the way I wanted to start the weekend. Hot shower helped.
Ouch! I lost my balance tripping on a twig this morning. Falling gets easier and scarier every year. I hope your pain eases up soon.
Echoing your thoughts on ‘easier and scarier’ each year. I am so, so careful.
Oh, I’m sorry, falling is scary, and I am sure you’re sore from it. I hope you’ll feel better soon.
Hope you feel better soon! Take some pain relievers and rest. I recently fell over a dog on the concrete, and at my age (67) falls can hurt for a while.
Sorry to hear about your fall! Try icing as well, it could help with any swelling that might come.
Yikes! Glad you are okay, hot showers fix so many things.
I hope you feel better soon. It is so jarring to the whole body to fall like that.
Sorry about your fall but hopefully it sounds like no serious injuries 🤞. It doesn’t take much in an awkward fall to break something (ask me, I know from experience).
Get better soon, some nice, soothing, anti-bruising cream perhaps?
So sorry about your fall! Hope the pain passes quickly.
Oof, so sorry, LTSG. At least you smelled good as you wafted to the floor.
Thanks I did smell good on the floor 😂
After another hot shower and some Advil I am feeling better. We shall see if tomorrow I have a bruise
Get well soon !!
Ow, ow, ow! Sorry that you slipped and fell! But glad nothing seems to be majorly injured.
Oh, no! I am glad it wasn’t worse. Hope you feel better soon.
Saw the rabbit and thought I time traveled forward a few days…🤪
I’m back in Fzotic Deixis again. I just got my travel spray so I’m still experimenting with the optimal amount of sprays needed to achieve the desired outcome. This one may be a candidate for an “under the radar” work scent with just one or two sprays as it wears very close to the body. I like it a lot and it bears a vague resemblance (at least in my mind) to SSS Winter Woods, though Deixis is less smoky and sweeter. I don’t know if cade is an ingredient in both but it sure smells like it.
We’re expecting some significant storms today and into the overnight hours so I praying for that it’ll just be wind and rain minus any hail. 🤞
Have a great weekend!
🤞for no hail and manageable wind!
Hope you stay safe.🤞🙏
Take care Deva, fingers crossed no hail.
Hope your severe weather didn’t pan out yesterday!
We got back from North Carolina in one piece. I have never seen so much rain driving down, while we were there and driving back. Still had a good time as my stepson had a ceremony and retirement party after 24 years in the Air Force. It was very nice and of course got to see the grandkids. It is always good to get home even though we already miss them.
SOTD is Hiris.
Welcome back home!
Thanks, my friend.
I’m glad your trip went well. It’s nice to have you back!
Thanks Tulipani❤️
Glad you are safely home. Totally agree about being good to get home but already missing them!
❤️
Glad you got home safely despite the rain and now you have some wonderful memories of precious family time.
Very true.
Living where you do, you are no stranger to Weather so this sounds like a frightening drive, even for pros like you and your husband. I too am glad you made it home without incident.
Thanks Denise. Yes, we are used to all kinds of weather here😂
Congrats on your stepson’s retirement! But ugh, driving in rain is the utter pits.
Yes, it certainly stinks!
The rain I meant😉
I understood what you were getting at. 😠☔
SOTD is Allure. It’s always alluring, even when house cleaning.
Ah, so true, I miss my little 30ml bottle finished a couple of years ago but tell myself I can live with not replacing it.
You smell divine!!
Happy Saturday, everyone.
I’m in Balenciaga Pour Homme, a beauty from 1990 that hearkens back to the late 70s/early 80s masculine powerhouses. Spicy, woody, mossy, musky, honeyed… incredibly complex, and not for the shy.
There are claims, including from fragrance historian Michael Edwards, that it was the first Western perfume to contain oud. (Others say, no, it’s unlikely.) Read more about this gem here: https://www.raidersofthelostscent.blog/2026/03/discontinued-rare-luxury-vintage-balenciaga-pour-homme-review-collectors.html
Sounds incredible, Daniel , thank you, the feminine Balenciaga perfumes,. Quadrille, Le Dix, Michelle, and even Rumba and Prelude are among my greatest perfume loves.
I have an old bottle of Rumba in my collection – I must try it!
A masterpiece by any standard!! You smell ab-fab.
SOTD is TF Lost Cherry.
Yay – it’s Saturday and a very nice day here. Even though I’m retired, I still think Saturday has a special vibe. I’m working in my garden theis afternoon and then making the NYT Yaki Udon recipe tonight which I’m looking forward to.
In case you didn’t see my comment last Tuesday, we really enjoyed The Sheep Detectives movie. There were a couple of especially funny parts and then some moving parts as well. Well done and family friendly. I recommend it.
Oh, thanks. I missed your comment but I think I replied to your original post that I had read good reviews of it. Glad it turned out to be true; it’s now on my list.
A beautiful 🌞 but very cool day here. I’m indulging my love for blackberry and sweet in my SOTD, the d/c VS Dream Angels Forever – blackberry, Iris and amber. Layered over BBW’s Sweet on Paris – blackberry, lemon meringue, and vanilla – makes for a sweet, warm and comforting combo.
Looking forward to tonight’s Market After Dark, a monthly program here after Saturday’s Farmers’ Market, featuring food – via food trucks – and beverages – including
distilleries, breweries, wineries and ciders + 2 bands 🎶. A wonderful community-immersive way to relax!
Hope you can have a relaxing weekend! 😌
Market After Dark sounds right up my alley. I love things like that!
Your evening sounds fun!
Hope you had a great time at Market After Dark!
Startlingly cold for the end of May, 9ºC with a windchill of 3º, so I’m in something warm and cosseting, SL Douce Amère. I just read the comments from the NST review (from 2006!) and discovered that it doesn’t work for a whole lot of people. I’m one of the lucky ones: I think it’s incredibly beautiful, and it suits me perfectly. It must be in my top 5 Lutenses ever, not that I’ve made a list, but I love it anew every time I wear it.
You smell wonderful.
You smell amazing, and I wonder if some of those 2006 people have come around to the genius of Uncle Serge in the intervening 20 years. I love love so many of his scents. But I know there was a time when I didn’t yet appreciate many classic French scents (looking at you Narcisse Noir).
That is crazy cold for almost-June!!
I spent my afternoon buried in filing documents in their relevant sleeves and looking at family photographs, bittersweet but I came across a photo of my mother and one of her sisters at a family do and they look so pretty and young and sophisticated with a drink in their hand😀, the sister, my dear aunt gave it to me shortly before her death three years ago.
Wearing Caudalie Eau Des Vignes, another skin care which makes lovely, affordable perfumes like Nuxe. Never tried the others, Thé des vignes, Rose des vignes… etc. I wonder if some of you have.
When I see old photos of my mom when she was young, I realize how much I never got to ask her about her life. There she is dressed as a flapper at a costume party having fun with friends. Or the photo of her with her sis and mom dressed up in the 1940s-50s going shopping in downtown Seattle. Looks like they had just come from Frederick & Nelson with a few packages. But I don’t know any of the details…bittersweet.
Very true, and those photos left as witnesses of life capture the instant but not the essence and realities of their life. My mother died when I was in my early twenties, so I missed out on the memories of her youth.
Old photos really make the heartstrings twang. I have a few and will occasionally look at them and wonder at the thoughts and feelings behind the faces. What prompted the photo- a party? An every day moment? A studio photo? Vacation memories? It’s all so tearjerking. 🥲
So sorry Deva, and you put it very eloquently.
Only the one you have, Aurora, which was very nice. My sister finished my bottle as she really liked it.
Thank you Denise, it’s a very likeable scent to be sure.
One of my maternal cousins sent me a picture of my Mom as a young girl via text message. I looked exactly like it at the same age. My jaw hit the floor when I saw it.
Wonderful that you suddenly had the opportunity to discover this similarity, and a thoughtful cousin too.
I had a chance to visit this cousin back in March. The first thing she said when I got over to her house was “You look so much like your mother!”
So the resemblance has continued. 😉
I spent the early morning hours in Eau d’Hadrien edt, and have now switched to Boswellia Scotia.
I am wearing Boswellia Scotia from your lovely decant as well so thank you! Such a shot of incense and the most austere pine.
Such a gorgeous scent. Makes me think of enchanted forests, or the setting of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Yes it does! Husband even asked me what I was wearing last night, saying it smelled great, and he rarely does that. He has a soft spot for my incense scents and is fond of CdG Avignon.
So glad you’re both enjoying it!
I have a question for all you intelligent people. Do any of you have a recommendation for “crepey” upper arms without resorting to dermatological procedures? My mother had this issue too and I know we did not get it due to weight changes as she weighed about 100 pounds most of her life and my weight hasn’t change much either. My guess is that it is due to past sun exposure and aging. I know there are lotions out there, but don’t know if they work or which one to try. TIA.
Wear long sleeves, that’s my solution.
I do tend to do that 90% of the time, but in the summer when it’s hot, I like to be able to wear a little bit shorter sleeve.
I buy lots of “elbow sleeve” or “half sleeve” tees, or I wear thin cotton voile long sleeve shirts with the sleeves rolled up to the elbow, or half sleeve button downs.
My pet peeve: shirts that are called elbow sleeve but end 2-3 inches before the elbow. That last inch or two is literally the oldest looking part of my body, ha.
Thanks Robin. I do that too.
I can’t speak to crepey skin, but Bio Oil really improved the texture of my daughter’s skin and lessened some scaring that she has. I think it’s sold at drugstores and Ulta.
Thanks. I’m not familiar with that. I have heard lotion with retinol.
I have struggled with this. I try really hard to focus on what my arms can do rather than how they look. Some days that works…sometimes not so much.
Agreed.
Lactic acid lotions would work.
Thanks!
I have noticed that wearing sunscreen or long sleeves every day prevents skin texture from getting any worse. But the SPF has to be a minimum of SPF50.
IDK if collagen supplements would work.
Thanks.
Wearing vintage Samsara (cold weekend), but I am about to take a shower. Not sure what I will wear after that (if anything).
Eucalyptus CP sounds quite interesting – I love those note-based challenges, Robin. Let’s see if I can do an eucalyptus week.
I am wondering myself what scents I have for the cp
Agree with Glannys. & I always learn something as well. I am not sure how my eucalyptus scents I have either, but it will be fun researching the note.
Tested three new scents with eucalytpus today, preparing for the CP. Fun!
I feel the same way-it makes me really consider my collection. I have at least 2 scents with eucalyptus, and I’ll look for more:)
You smelled wonderful in vintage Samsara!
CK Contradiction for Women has eucalyptus in it, IIRC.
Thank you! What I lake about these cold spells in late spring/early summer is that they offer a good opportunity to wear heavier amber/woody scents. It was very elegant and cosy, and the shirt I wore on Saturday still smells of Samsara.
Believe it or not – not a single CK perfume in my wardrobe!
A week will be impressive! I still have to go search for what I can pull off.
Another Iris Pallida day for me. I started out in Fzotic Lilac Brûlée but it disappeared in no time so I added some iris.
You smell great !!
Do Fzotic perfumes usually have a short life for you?
Depends on the perfume, but this one was shorter than usual.
There’s not much going on here. ( thank goodness) just work and housework. Yesterday, I ended up getting a perfume compliment while wearing Metalique. Today I am wearing Narciso White Cube.
Both are great smelling!
Yay for a perfume compliment!
I go back to work tomorrow and not looking forward to it. It will be a busy day. Have a 10:30 dentist appointment and then go to work at 3 tomorrow. Going to a German restaurant in Columbus today and that 3 story book store and wearing Number One Intense for it.
Let’s us know how dinner is! My dad was as German as could be and every Christmas we would have a holiday dinner at Luchows on Union Square in NYC
SOTD is Eau des Merveilles.
No eucalyptus scents in my collection so won’t be able to participate in the CP this week. That’s okay as I have missed my regulars since I was gone for two weeks.
Which one did you miss the most?
Not a certain one, but my iris and rose scents.
Welcome back Kris!
Thank you Jalapeno!
I have absolutely zero eucalyptus scents. It’s not something that appeals to me in the format of perfume, but I do like it in body care products.
I’m commando at the moment but shortly heading into the shower and will use Sarah Horowitz Vanilla body gel and lotion from a package deal I got (along with Perfect Vanilla perfume) at some sale that was prior to Mother’s Day, iirc. Flying under the radar again…
Apropos of nothing, I found this cute oversized mesh jersey that’s perfect for summer walks and bike rides. I bought one and loved it so much I just bought 4 more. They’re so fun and colorful and satisfy my inner 13 year old. It washed well and I just hang to dry which takes a nanosecond. Also, they’re regularly on sale anywhere from 10-25% off. There’s a lot of cats involved. I hesitated too long because I wasn’t sure if this was a scam site and I sadly missed out on the ninja cowboy cat riding a T-Rex. I’m looking for fun any where I can find it these days! If you have kids or immature adults such as myself in your life, it may be a cute gift idea. 😉
https://www.tokyo-tiger.com/products/tokyo-tiger-zen-cat-golden-koi-mesh-jersey
Those are adorable and funny! I bookmarked the site.
Wonderful site, Deva. I may have to buy something there soon. Thank you.
Omg the one that says “much panic, very little disco”! I need that one. Lol.
Yes, I found that one very relatable. Plus, it has a black cat, so it’s perfect for me!
Ha, texted a picture of that one to my sister before I even saw your comment! Excellent shirt. Also like “radicalized by basic decency”.
I bought that one- the purple and pink version! 😎
Nice, that was the best one.
ZOMG! Such fun shirts! I sent a link to a couple of my friends.
I think I really need the one with the black cat eating ramen!
I was surprised to see eucalyptus as a note in some unexpected places — Mediterraneo for one. But today I’m in Le Galion Iris and enjoying it very much. Fragrantica says it’s powdery, but I don’t get that at all, nor do I notice much musk or amber. It’s all clear, pretty flowers on me, with a bit of galbanum to keep things fresh and green.
I was thinking of galbanum today in the shower and was considering wearing Jo Malone Wild Fig & Cassis, which has some very green and galby notes, but then my hand strayed elsewhere. That is one of my fave JMs though. Too bad it’s d/c. Any other fans here?
I’m a fan, and have a 30 ml bottle. This worked particularly well in the hand soap/body wash version, too. You have to wonder what possesses the marketing groups who discontinue these beautiful things.
I was a fan when it was out there. Many of the JM scents are discontinued that I really liked many years ago.
I wandered past the little shelf where I keep the minis, and Boucheron called my name so that’s what I am wearing. It’s so good.
Yes it is and you smell great, foxbins. I do love me some of that full-bodied 80s perfumey perfume sometimes and when I do, Boucheron hits the spot.
I switched out my perfume drawer last weekend, so cold weather bottles are in a box and warm weather are in the mix. I haven’t been wearing much perfume lately though, so it was more ceremonial than anything.
But now that i am thinking about how i haven’t work fragrance, i am suddenly craving Confetto – so I think i am going to help myself to some of that.
Oooh, that’s a very nice one, nebbe! You smell great.
Happy weekend!
Went to the department store’s Guerlain yesterday looking for LPRN Parfum and L’Heure Doree but the SA was MIA and the kind lady from Armani came over to help. We opened every single drawer and cabinet and came up empty. As I was leaving she handed me an Oud Nacre sample because she felt bad that my trip was a bust. She was so lovely!!
I am wearing ON today and it smells sooo good. I think my wishlist just got longer.
Kind of the Armani rep to help you 🙂 I love the older Guerlain’s but the price point of the newer fragrances just isn’t for me.
Sales associates like that are rare gems!
Rabbit rabbit rabbit. Happy meteorological winter to those who celebrate ! The rabbits in the cemetery don’t seem to be major fans…as soon as the sun rises they tend to conjugate in a single small pool of sunlight to warm up. Sometimes there’s around six of them in the same place. Wearing SL Parole a citrus/ eucalyptus/ pine beauty. It’s Kings Birthday weekend here so today ( Monday) is a holiday and there’s a French Film Festival in town. I saw Francois Ozon’s The Stranger ( based on the Camus book) yesterday. Really stunning movie
https://www.bfi.org.uk/sight-and-sound/reviews/stranger-francois-ozons-insightful-re-reading-camus-classic-novella-explores-themes-queerness-algerian-identity
Kanuka it’s supposed to be late spring verging on summer here-and a town up the road got snow lol. It’s so cold here. I feel for the rabbits. Love your SOTD and I’ll look for the movie online-wonderful way to celebrate the start of winter, with your film fest:)
I’ve had other knowledgeable film friends praise that movie also. Once it’s more available to lazy people such as myself (who want to stream things) I’ll try to watch it.
Happy winter Kanuka!
I am wearing Coqui Coqui Agave today after a hike. It is cool & refreshing, an indie brand from the Yucatan. I thought it might have eucalyptus but no. Notes are agave, pine, rosemary, agave flowers, pepper, chili, smoked oak, tobacco, & tequila. I have several 15 ml splashes from the brand, a present from my SIL when she visited the Yucatan. They are all light and refreshing, but also unusual.
Kevin bought several of theirs too, can’t remember where. Somebody here, like Beautyhabit, had a selection for awhile?
I got their insect repellent some years back, off a review here. Someone had them, maybe Luckyscent?
I’m back at work tonight. My weather is supposed to be nice for the whole week. I’m wearing and enjoying YSL Libre Platine.
Glad you won’t have to deal with bad weather for a bit!
Me too!
Freezing cold rainy day here-we’ve had weeks of it. I just went to a National Theatre play, which was shown at a movie theatre-Playboy of the Western World. I loved it! the sets, the actors, the costumes were amazing-I recommend seeing it in the theatre or maybe renting it on line. It was 3 hours long with a 13 min interval.
Not wearing a scent today but I am burning a FM candle-Bois de Santa. Rich creamy sandle wood. These candles occasionally go on sale for very low prices at the Cosmetic Company Outlet Stores-that’s where I bought mine (cause I am not rich and have two big dental procedures coming at me this month, and potentially one more after that). But for now I’m not thinking about the dentist-just candles and that awesome play:)
Play sounds fun…so were they broadcasting it live? Or it was filmed?
Keep thinking about candles & play!!!
It was recorded live, and then is made available through the theatres. They kept my attention the entire time-what a relief to be able to focus and enjoy something like that!
Nice 🙂
My day is disorganized, and so I feel flustered, but I did have a nice visit with Mom and she was far more alert and happy than she has been for a while now. She was talking, smiling, and even singing at one point. That made for a good day. My SOTD is Arquiste Venice Rococo, one I fall back on often.
I’m glad your visit went well Calypso.
Very pretty scent.
Nice 🙂
Glad to hear you had a nice visit with your Mom the other day.
I did a whole lot of housework, cooking, organizing on my week off. My recycling bin is full of magazines and old professional journals. Also among the tasks: I have been storing my perfume samples in a tea caddy box with the compartments labeled by alphabet letters. I finally made some attractive artistic labels with cut up paper and gold letters. Of course, I found some samples I did not know I had, I think some had come as extras when I ordered full bottles and some are of interest to me now so I pulled them for trying. And I weeded out the ones that had evaporated.
I wore Fiele Juniperus yesterday but finished off a sample of Delina on top of it, surprisingly good together. Today, I wore a sample of BDK Pas Ce Soir which was just “meh”.
I also am reading Patrick Raddon Keefe’s London Falling. Very good.
I did not read the book but I read the excerpt in NYer and I listened to him on.a podcast. Fascinating but upsetting story!
Low key weekend here, other than a visit to the local symphony last night to see Mahler 3. They’ve come a ways in the last decade or so, and it was a competent concert.
Yesterday I started in CBIHP Room With a View and changed to 31, rue Cambon for the symphony. (I’m not sure it really helped dress up my dress with the stains from cooking down the front, but I didn’t have time to change as I was doing prep cooking for today — with an apron, no clue about the stains — right up until we left.)
Today, Puente Iris Doux, since it was officially Spanish tapas cooking day (yes, I did get Jose Andres’ new cookbook for my birthday). I made WAY too many tapas, but wanted to try out a bunch of things. Also I have a lot of leftover croquetas and tortilla to freeze, which will cover Ockeghem Teen breakfasts and lunches for a bit. (Breakfast with Ockeghem Teen is a struggle but she likes tortilla and quiche.)
Now I’m sitting at the dining room table and enjoying the scent of the peonies I bought at the farmers’ market yesterday. It makes such a difference when peonies smell. I’m enjoying them a bit too much for Mr. Ockeghem’, who sent me peonies for my birthday from a florist, not realizing that peonies with no smell exist and are what florists routinely stock. I’ve told him so many times I don’t want flowers from florists because of the smell issue. But I feel for him this time, because he was away and really tried — he thought that of course peonies would smell, because he’s never known them otherwise, and knows I love them. 🙂
I picked up iris at the farmers market-they are blooming. I think I should have gone with peonies but they were so expensive..
I never knew there were peonies that had no scent! I wish I. could share mine with you – they usually bloom in June but due to our crazy weather lately they started early this year and are now in full bloom. I have pink ones and white ones at the foot of the path that leads to my front door, so if you came to visit me now you could inhale their intoxicating scent. Mmmmm . . . 😌
I should keep an eye out for blooming peonies in my area. Right now I am seeing columbines.
Happy Monday, everyone.
I’m wearing Carthusia Mediterraneo, but I doubt I actually deserve points: while Fragrantica lists eucalyptus, Carthusia includes it only for the diffuser, not for the Eau de Toilette.
We are both in Italian houses..I am in SMN
Carthusia makes beautiful fragrances.
I am tempted to try SMN Melograno, but I also suspect it will have too much oakmoss for me.
Happy Monday Glannys!
🐇🐇🐇! It’s gorgeous here this Monday morning and I wasn’t in the mood for any of my three alleged eucalyptus bearers, so the hand went to the new bottle of SMN Eva. I’ve been indulging myself with it a lot lately — there’s just something really satisfying about the smooth coolness of a new glass bottle.
That is a gorgeous bottle 😍
Thanks Tiffanie, and so nice to see you here again!
A belated happy weekend to everyone, I’m back to work after a long weekend (King’s Birthday) and I’m wearing the always lovely Bulgari Omnia.
Smelling gorg! ❤️
Barely wafting any perfume at the moment but enjoying my First Blooms of Spring candle which is scenting the room nicely. Had an auspicious beginning to the month when I came out of work this morning and saw this:
https://www.instagram.com/p/DZDrnuCM9t_/?igsh=cnJvYTN4ZW84cWli
Smell well y’all! 🐇
Stealth bunny! 🐰🥷😂
Awwwwwwwwwwww! So cute!!
Aww! As my daughter would say ” look! It’s a bun!” Which is my nickname for her.
sotd = Tauer Incense Extreme
I love it! ❤️ Smells heavenly. I wish I had tried this perfume years ago. I ordered a Tauer sample set to restart my scent obsession. 😍
Because long time no sniffs! I’m so glad I can enjoy perfume again.
In January I had a virus with a cough that progressed to bronchitis then asthma, which was worse when I wore perfume. 😮💨 I’ve missed perfume and NST friends so much.
I remembered to 🐰🐰🐰 this morning, and have been comfortably wearing dabs of perfume for about a week, so things are feeling all right again. 😀
So glad you’re feeling better and can enjoy perfumes again. Hope both the bronchitis and asthma have left the chat permanently!
How wonderful and thank you for sharing your good news to start the week ahead. Welcome back!
Welcome back to NST and perfume!
Glad you are feeling better tiffanie!
I’m glad you’re feeling better, Tiffany. Our household got hit hard by the flu earlier in the year as well. Husband had the actual ‘influenza’ for 5 weeks at least, then gave it to me. A total of 2-1/2 months out of commission for both of us. Luckily I never lost my sense of smell.
Cloudy and cool today, doesn’t feel like June at all. The weather has been so repeatedly back-and-forth the past few months you have to look at a calendar to know what month it is!
In June the roses and peonies in my garden bloom and strawberries ripen, so my June fragrances often feature those notes. Today’s SOTD is philosophy Amazing Grace Nude Rose, a perfect rose scent for early June because it’s a light rose with green notes, nothing heavy or powdery, quite fresh.
Yesterday for the last of my May fragrances I wore the pretty and sweet BBW Cherry Blossom edt. Bought the last of the annual flowers that I need to plant in my flower boxes, then I can focus on weeding, weeding, weeding 😡
Ok
Have a great week ahead!🌹🪻🌸🌻🌼
Rabbit rabbit rabbit! June 01 is also the start of the northern Atlantic hurricane season. Colorado might get leftovers if something hits the right spot in the Gulf of Mexico…
Unsettled weather here again this afternoon. It was bad enough that my phone was blowing up with all sorts of notifications for a while. It’s calm at the moment, but my area is under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 8pm.
SOTD = Glossier You, from the Sample Stash. Finally trying it today.
Oh dear on the weather — hope it doesn’t get too awfully bad.
Looks like the worst of it went to other places. I heard that there was hail down in the Denver area, some of it ping-pong ball sized. I just had thunder, lightning and rain for a while.
I hate those alerts, but I am also thankful for them. Hopefully you are out of the watch now.
Calm weather and blue skies now. It’s typical June weather, NBD.
I thought it was Tuesday until just now. I realized my mistake when there was no Teapot when I refreshed the page. I did remember my rabbits.
My sotd is Balmain Destin.
Monday, Monday Can’t trust that day! 🎶
Despite Robin’s visual cue, I totally forgot my rabbits.
I’m in La Belle Helene today by MDCI thanks to a lovely NST swapper. I doubt it contains eucalyptus, but I have several days to do my homework and find bottles in my collection that do. I feel like I might have another Coqui Coqui fragrance that fits the bill. Must look. I do appreciate the CP prompt, it makes me understand my collection more.
Ah, you smelled great, I like that one!
I’m on vacation but if I had my decant of Roberto Greco Oeilleres, I would wear it because fragrantica says it has a eucalyptus note.
