Tom Ford Bois Pacifique ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 10 December 2024 4 Comments

Tom Ford will launch Bois Pacifique, a new spicy woody addition to the Signature Collection.

Discover Bois Pacifique, a spicy woody fragrance that embraces earthy woods and invigorating spices.

Notes of silvery pink cardamom, fresh saffron and akigalawood warm the resin of fiery frankincense.

Additional notes include turmeric, orris, cedar, oak, sandalwood, amber and vanilla.

Tom Ford Bois Pacifique will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum

(via ecscottgroup, additional information via douglas.lv)

Update: the description from the brand...

Bois Pacifique journeys to a feeling of endless freedom and vitality. Essence of cardamom recalls a sunlit radiance. Brilliant akigalawood™ spotlights the fresh, aromatic spice note of turmeric over a woody-spicy blend that instantly conjures a cool sensuality. One becomes lost in nature’s grandeur as the smooth, careening richness of olibanum essence and orris butter courses through the fragrance. Sandalwood, cedar and oakwood facets comprise the forest of Bois Pacifique – a staggering presence of majestic woods illuminated by streaks of awe-inspiring solar light that emanate from a promising horizon.

I like the sound of this, I loved the original for men, and have always preferred the Signature scents. It would be nice if they would bring back Gray Vetiver, that was another good one.

There seems less difference now between the Signature & the Private Blend? Maybe because so many scents have moved from one collection to the other.

Eh? Grey Vetiver (both EDP & Parfum versions) have never been unavailable so not sure how they can bring them back ?

I’m sorry, I was thinking of the first one, I think it was just Tom Ford for Men.
