Chloe Nuit d’Oranger, Orchidee de Minuit & Tubereuse Lazuli ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 28 August 2024 9 Comments

Chloé has introduced Fleurs de Nuit, a new trio of fragrances in the Atelier des Fleurs collection: Nuit d'Oranger, Orchidée de Minuit and Tubéreuse Lazuli.

Nuit d'Oranger ~ "Fresh and delicate during the day, at night Orange Blossom releases a generous, sensual scent that grows in intensity until dawn. In this fragrance by Alex Lee, petitgrain, pink peppercorn and bergamot evoke the frisson of an evening breeze, followed by airy neroli which gradually gives way to an opulent, honeyed orange blossom absolute. In the background, yerba mate and patchouli form a herbaceous accord inspired by the natural surroundings of orange trees in bloom."

Orchidée de Minuit ~ "Just once in its lifetime, the white orchid opens in the dark of night and exhales a smooth, sweet perfume enticing pollinators and allowing vanilla pods to grow. Perfumers Mathieu Nardin and Cécile Matton captured this unique moment in this amber floral perfume where delicate notes of orchid flower entwine with rum, jasmine, benzoin and patchouli in a hypnotic, almost animalic harmony. Their sensuality is heightened by rich and enveloping vanilla absolute in this intriguing, addictive fragrance."

Tubéreuse Lazuli ~ "Fresh and verdant in the early hours of the morning, the scent of Tuberose becomes increasingly dense and heady as night approaches. To express this bewitching sensuality, perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault has combined Indian Tuberose with intoxicating Jasmine. In this floral woody fragrance, the deepest facets of the flower are enhanced by a textured base accord where refined white oud blends with the creamy notes of sandalwood and the smoked facets of patchouli."

Chloé Nuit d'Oranger, Orchidée de Minuit and Tubéreuse Lazuli are available in 50 and 150 ml Eau de Parfum.

Allo, there is an orange blossom you can try.

I would be interested in the Tubereuse Lazuli.

Those 2 sound the best, but I am pretty sure I will never pay the prices for these so not interested.

I know. I just saw it was $170 for 1.7 ounces. I don’t think I will be interested.

Hope it turns out to be a decent tuberose, but if not, there are plenty of those around 🙂

The Orchidee de Minuit sounds pretty good to me. Rum + jasmine + benzoin + patchouli? Yes please!

It does sound like a good vanilla.
