Australian botanical brand Aesop has launched Virēre, a new unisex green woody citrus fragrance.

A fresh and verdant fragrance, with bright citrus, peppery green spice, a herbaceous heart and warm woods—evoking sunny afternoons sipping tea beneath an arbour of fig trees.

Virēre Eau de Parfum draws the mind back to a radiant reminiscence, illuminating the transportive power of scent. Our long-term fragrance collaborator Barnabé Fillion drew on holiday memories of the Mediterranean when creating the aroma, from cycling beside fragrant orchards to steeping fresh fig in a morning cup of green tea; moments of treasured simplicity that replenish and restore.

The notes include bergamot, galbanum, petitgrain, green tea, mastic, pink pepper, cedar, green maté and hay.

Aesop Virēre is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum.
