Dolce & Gabbana DGVIB3 ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 23 October 2023 4 Comments

Dolce & Gabbana have launched DGVIB3, a fragrance named for the brand's new youth-oriented streetwear and accessories line, currently available at a pop-up at London retailer Flannels.

Urban, contemporary, genderless. Discover the fragrance inspired by the new DGVIB3 collection.

Dolce&Gabbana DGVIB3 Eau de Parfum captures the brand's essence, translating it into a complex yet perfectly balanced fragrance with refreshing and enveloping notes and made to be worn by everyone.

The amber fougere fragrance was developed by perfumer Aurelien Guichard, and features notes of lavender, vanilla and amber.

Dolce & Gabbana DGVIB3 is available now through Dolce & Gabbana in the UK, £125 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Thank you Robin, lavender is very popular these days, that makes me happy for the producers in Provence. The addition of vanilla and amber to the lavender makes me think immediately Caron Pour Un Homme, so maybe redundant.

I suspect this will smell much younger & more modern, but I also suspect I will never smell it 🙂

Those notes make it sound like Mon Guerlain.

If I had to guess, I’d say it would be the same terribly cleaned up lavender but less fruit & less flowers? But of course I am just guessing! But would think they would make this more obviously unisex.
