French niche line Memo has launched Flåm, a new woody floriental fragrance in the brand's Graines Vagabondes collection.
Flam, a quaint little port town nestled in the Norwegian countryside, surrounded by red brick cottages and snowy hills, echoes contradictory forces. This duel between hot and cold, summer and winter, is perceptible thanks to notes of jasmine sambac, cashmere wood, aldehyde, and tonka. Like a walk in the fjord, Flam surprises with a fragrance that evokes the magnetic energy of the northern lights and the comforting warmth of a wooden house.
Additional notes include bergamot, petal accord, bitter orange, clary sage, orange blossom, peach, ambrette, ambrox, cedar and vanilla.
Memo Flåm is available in 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Oh, I need that bottle on my dressing table immediately — though, maybe with something inside that doesn’t contain jasmine sambac, cashmeran, and ambrox…
They do such pretty bottles, don’t they?
But it does not sound terribly tempting to me either.
