French niche line Memo has launched West 34, a new fragrance.
West 34th Street, New York at daybreak. Anything is possible. The star of the Macy's department store shines at this address. The city stretches, a parade is taking shape: that of a sublime jasmine absolute. The façades of the avenue are dressed in its light to celebrate cultures and the bonds between them. Bergamot essence offers its vivacity, jubilation all around, and white musks fill the morning air with hope.

As a New Yorker, I am flattered but, ah, confused by this tribute…West 34th Street is an area most locals avoid unless it’s part of their daily commute, and why jasmine in particular, and surely daybreak reaches EAST 34th even sooner…? 😉
It seems to be related to Macy’s and the Macy’s parade, but honestly I don’t know and at the moment it does not seem to be for sale at Macy’s.
