Dolce & Gabbana have launched The One Luminous Night, a new limited distribution flanker to 2008's The One for Men. The One Mysterious Night follows 2015's The One Royal Night and 2018's The One Mysterious Night.
Inspired by the captivating contrast between the deep blue night sky and the blazing gold stars set within it, this intensely evocative fragrance conjures the magic and splendour of a star-studded Arabian night.
The One Luminous Night is a sophisticated oriental spicy scent that explores the contrast between the chill of the cool night sky and the warmth of the golden stars. Renowned perfumer Jean Christophe Herault captures this contrast in olfactory form, setting smoky incense against sweet dates – iconic ingredients that pay homage to the richness of the Middle East. This blend of hot and cold creates an enigmatic scent, reminiscent of a desert breeze beneath the celestial vault.
Additional notes include basil, bergamot, black pepper, sage, geranium, sandalwood and amber.
Dolce & Gabbana The One Luminous Night is available in 100 and 150 ml Eau de Parfum.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE’S NO OUD IN IT
As soon as I saw the packaging I thought, Just what the world needs, another Middle-East oud scent. And I guess I was wrong! Incense and dates sounds kind of nice, although of course that remains to be smelled.
It does sound nice!
I think only the middle one in this series listed oud, but of course there could be oud in any of them.
Or more likely none of them – at least “Real Oud” 😀
Also true.
That bottle though..lemming!
