Anthony Hopkins AH ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 20 October 2020 13 Comments

Actor Anthony Hopkins has introduced his debut fragrance, AH. A portion of the proceeds* will benefit No Kid Hungry.

“Aromas are a form of meditation, they simply change my psychology,” Hopkins tells Vogue over Zoom from Los Angeles. “It certainly has helped me, in painting, music, and acting. It’s part and parcel of my own inner life.” His eponymous scent, housed in a sleek black glass bottle and packaged with original artwork, is a gender-neutral blend of sweet bergamot, herbal musk, and (his most beloved note) citrusy orange blossom.

*****

It's all an illusion, A DREAM.

AH Eau de Parfum is a timeless elegant fragrance for men and women. This mystical alchemy of sublime Bergamot and the ethereal note of Orange Blossom are illuminated by hypnotic Musk to create scent magic. Awaken your soul and unleash what’s hidden inside your heart. Dare to express your true essence.

Additional notes for the unisex fragrance include orange, pink pepper, ginger, rose, jasmine, patchouli and honey.

Anthony Hopkins AH is $75 for 100  ml Eau de Parfum, at the Anthony Hopkins website. A collection of candles and diffusers is also available.

* "Anthony Hopkins will donate $5 to No Kid Hungry for each AH collection product sold through October 14, 2021, with a minimum commitment of $50,000."

Could be. A decent orange blossom never hurt anybody ;-)

Yeah, pretty much. Just spent a bit of time on his Twitter feed (which is probably copied from his insta feed), it’s interesting and likeable, and the candles do feature in a few of the spots.

I can honestly say that I never saw this coming. I hope it does well.

Everything about this sounds like there’s a double entendre ???. The bottle looks like VC&A. Interesting notes and would love to try it when I can!

Lol I just watched a movie with him before I read this. Perfume, Hawaiian shirts? Didn’t see this coming lol. As a fan of orange blossom, may have to sniff this out. Especially, with the added note of honey. How fun is his Twitter?:). He should do a scent named Niblo, after his cat lol.

Sounds pretty yummy to me! I can wear it and just imagine hearing his sexy voice pronouncing, “Hello, Clarice.” LOL!

How many of us would have blind bought this if it were a metallic perfume named Lecter with notes of fava beans and Chianti? Lol. *raises hand*.

Or it could be a trio with the other two called ‘Clarice’ and ‘The Silence’… :D

Why though. I have no intention of smelling like Anthony Hopkins.
