Jo Malone Lavenderland ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 6 February 2020 9 Comments

Jo Malone's spring collection for 2020 will be Lavenderland, with limited edition releases of Lavender & Coriander (from the 2016 Herb Garden collection), Wisteria & Lavender and Silver Birch & Lavender.

Wisteria & Lavender ~ A powdery floral; additional notes include vanilla and white musk. "This soft floral fragrance with English lavender is intertwined with sweet wisteria and powdery heliotrope. The trio is cocooned in a clean and delicate white musk."

Silver Birch & Lavender ~ Fresh, with additional notes of  grapefruit and toasted oak. "This woody fragrance channels the morning light across a rambling garden, framed by silver birch trees. The air fresh with a crisp coolness that cuts through the iconic scent of English lavender. Refreshed with a squeeze of grapefruit, grounded by a woody, charismatic base of silver birch and a compelling note of roasted oak."

Jo Malone Lavender & Coriander, Wisteria & Lavender and Silver Birch will be available in 30 ml. There will also be a Pillow Mist and Diffuser. Look for the collection in March.

Thank you Robin, I do welcome that there is a re-issue, JM’s production is so overblown but overall I’m not a fan except for French Lime Blossom and Myrrhe et Tonka.

I am not generally a fan either but I always love the packaging of the spring limited editions, and once in a blue moon they make something I like…

Like Aurora, not really a fan but – lavender! If these are in any airports I’ll be passing through, I will definitely try them.

Lavender and coriander sounds very interesting to me. I will definitely check it out if I see it. So far, though, I don’t own any perfumes from this line, probably because they are too simplistic for me or just not exciting or something.

Agreed, I didn’t get to try Lavender and Coriander last time so off searching for me! Does anyone else wish they would re-release Oat and Cornflower? It was my fav of the spring LE’s and the bottles that year we’re gorgeous.

I just purchased Wisteria and Lavendar yesterday. Everyone knows I am a HUGE Jo Malone fan, so was happy to see something new. Out of the 3, this one was my favorite. It smells clean and light. It is perfect to combine with some of the other scents in the line. My only complaint is that it doesn’t last long enough on the skin. But, it does smell amazing!

That’s the one I want! Need to check at Notdstrom to see when they will have it.
