Gucci has launched Gucci Guilty Love Edition, new flankers to 2010's Gucci Guilty and 2011's Gucci Guilty Pour Homme.
Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Femme ~ "Just as lovers define their own connection, Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Femme’s surprising combination of notes shine bold and bright, instinctively melding together. A refreshed Oriental Floral Fruity Chypre scent, the new creation is a tribute to the vintage character of the Narcissus flower. Opening with a transparent and green crystalline freshness composed of Bergamot, Grapefruit and a Watery Accord, a Narcissus Accord is elevated by the tangy notes of Raspberry. Violet and Jasmine Sambac complement the petal floral quality of the composition. The layered creation is enhanced by an airy Musks base, the divinely sophisticated Patchouli Prisma for its white softness, and finally, the intense wrapping sensation of a Mineral Amber."
Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Homme ~ "Living free from expectations, Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Homme commands the same attention as the individual who wears the fragrance. A new modern Aromatic Fougère Spicy Green scent, its striking spirit is characterized in vibrant cold spices, citrus and enigmatic masculine aromatic woods. Playing on the faceted freshness of Ginger, originally an African spice with a vivid and energizing scent, the fragrance’s fruity and sparkling tonalities are enhanced by the Kumquat Accord, Mandarin and Pink Pepper top notes. A balanced combination of Lavender, Geranium and Rosemary comes together at the heart for an aromatic edge. Sophisticated Patchouli and textural Benzoin bring a sensual power and long-lastingness, while Vetiver is the central heady note for this modern masculine creation."
Gucci Guilty Love Edition can be found now at Hudson's Bay in Canada, in 90 ml Eau de Toilette.

Ugh at the mineral amber, because I think that means ambroxan. It looks like peach bottles will be the new thing.
Seriously, it is the same color scheme as Daisy Daze.
The Guilty line used to be such an epitome of generic, passable department store fragrances. But the launch of Absolute and Cologne, both of which were so well done, I’m actually excited for these.
Good!
Lots of word salad to get thru with this.
All I needed to know was that Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Homme lives free from expectations.
Patchouli priasma broke my brain. I could write their ad copy and save them one thousand three hundred and fifty bucks. Same old same old in a pastel bottle. But it’s new! We did a market study, and found women from 18-35 like pink, sweet, and filled with eye rolling ingredient descriptions!
In other news, that Chanel Eau premier (I think) commercial with the annoying voiced woman screeching “this is my favorite perfume!” annoys as much as those ads where the actresses and models climb stuff and swim and get so exhausted they have to whisper. Except Jennifer Lawrence, who just has this mildly stunned look on her face in the Joy ad, like she dove in and sustained a mild concussion. But not bad enough for Urgent care.
Hah, I’m partial to acidic reviews, so thanks for making me laugh! :^D
Lol. Sometimes it makes me cranky.
