Comme des Garçons has launched Odeur Du Théâtre Du Châtelet (Acte I), a new fragrance for the Théâtre Du Châtelet in Paris.
Inspired by the history of the theatre mixed with the modernity of its new creative director Ruth Mackenzie. In other words, past and future have an olfactory dialogue on the velvet seats of the Parisian landmark in the tradition of Comme des Garçons anti-perfumes.
Perfumer Caroline Dumur brings this intricate scent to life with a blend of ambrette absolute, black pepper oil, rose oxyd, coffee accord, orange blossom, orris concrete, cashmeran, cedarwood virgina and musk.
Comme des Garçons Odeur Du Théâtre Du Châtelet (Acte I) is available at Dover Street Market, $150 for 200 ml.

This sounds intriguing but how about a smaller bottle, CdG? I wouldn’t buy 200ml of anything at this point.
I am very surprised by the size! Maybe it will turn out to be a mistake…there is nothing written on the box.
French newspaper Le Monde is also reporting 200 mL, for €120. https://www.lemonde.fr/economie/article/2019/10/10/quand-le-theatre-du-chatelet-commercialise-son-odeur_6014997_3234.html
There you go then.
Sounds very yummy, hope I can get a sniff….
Tried it today and was very meh on me. Much preferred the clash series (& I’m a much smaller size)
