Yep, this is the new trend/focus in skin care especially. The Guardian had a recent article about companies developing or offering skin care products that replenish good skin bacteria and/or eliminate the need for showers (other than to remove dirt).
I was intrigued and considered some items, but I decided the prices were too high right now. I expect more and more companies to push this research forward.
I would expect so too.
