It's Tuesday and it's Count Basie's birthday. What fragrance are you wearing?
I'm in good old Dior Eau Sauvage. Tea at the moment is good old Irish Breakfast.
Reminder: on 8/24, in honor of Pluto Demoted Day, wear a fragrance you used to obsess over, but don't care so much about anymore. If you can, tell us why you don't love it anymore. Suggested by Katrina.
And for those of you who like to plan ahead, see Scent of the day ~ Friday community projects 2018, where I'll try to always have the next five or six weeks mapped out in advance.
Note: the Rosenthal Junto Ocean Blue porcelain teapot is £145 at Rosenthal UK.
Hoping to play the game later this week, but I don’t think I have five perfumes that apply. Today I’m trying one of the new DSH scents, Eau Cerise.
You must be a ruthless curator! I shall try emulate you come the swap meet.
Ditto that! I am sure I could play for a month.
I definitely have perfumes that I like but am not obsessed with! But obsession is a high bar for me and usually turns into lifelong love 🙂
The teapot looks cool, but such a short spout? Would not it make pouring tea inconvenient?
SOTD is Creed Millesime Imperial. Initially I was very impressed by its combination of salty, woody and fruity notes, but now I am kind of bored with it. Might give away my remaining decant.
Agree on the teapot – I think one would have to turn it almost sideways to get fluid to pour out. Since I’ve entered my curmudgeon phase, those types of things – items that do not function well – irk me. And now that I know how to insert emojis on my PC, I can display my curmudgeon face. ????
Oh, I think I have been curmudgeonly since birth, sad to say! Came out of the birth canal thinking “Get you paws off me and turn down those dang lights, you fool!” ???? Better to silly and stupid imo, because life seems be a lot more fun that way.
I would think it would make quite a mess, yes!
My thoughts exactly on the teapot, even if it’s a gorgeous color.
I’m wearing Joy. I smell incredible. Good luck knocking this one off its pedestal, Dior!
It was a bit cheeky of Dior to give their new fragrance the same name as the iconic old-school scent, wasn’t it?
You smell gorgeous!
I thought that too!
Well, they did that to one of their own scents (why make a new Miss Dior when the old one was iconic and magnificent?), so it makes sense that they’d try to do it with others’ scents, too >.<
You do smell incredible Regina!
I wore Joy last Sunday!
I didn’t ‘get’ Joy until I wore vintage extrait. I was lucky enough to find a partially used bottle in an antique shop.
Oh my, the heavens opened and the angels were singing. It was exquisite.
It’s really breaking my heart today with how pretty it is. I reapplied during lunch and am hoping I am not gassing out any coworkers.
In Jo Malone Red Roses. Full bottle “THUNK”! The sound was really satisfying! Even though I have a back up bottle, I will not bring it out of storage until next year and after draining other perfumes.
Busy, but beautiful day today. Coffee and more coffee as usual. Have a great day NST.
Congrats on a fb THUNK!
????????
FB thunks always feel great. ????
No doubts about it! ????????
So glad it’s a beautiful day for you, even if it is busy. And YAY on a FB thunk!
????
A full bottle thunk?! You are the Thunkmeister! ???????? I’m joining you with coffee and more coffee…☕️☕️☕️
It has been a while since I thunked a full bottle. It is not easy. I just found out this morning that it was not much left in the bottle and I sprayed it all! ????
????????????
????????
w00t w00t on the FB THUNK! You smell(ed) very pretty today! ????
Thank you! ????
Good job you, Thunking Queen ????????
Trying my best! ????
☕☕☕????????????
Not part of the CP, just weather appropriate (humid, overcast) :Le Cologne du Maghreb.
Tart citruses (citrusii ???????? LOLOLOL) and a whisper of Andy’s salty ambergris beneath.
Pleasant.
I won this bottle in Andy’s 2010 Advent calendar contest. Thanks, Mr. Tauer ! ????????????????????????????????????????????????✈❕❕
????????☁☁????
The Advent calendar contests are so fun — and that’s a great win. Plus, 7 years on the shelf and still ticking!
????????✌????
Oh, I like that one. You smell great today! ????
Thank you ! ????
Mugler sent me a little pamphlet of magazine wipe samples of the new Colognes. Right now I am sampling the blue one called Love you All. I hate these kind of names. Anyway, it smells nice, but familiar. I think it has licorice in it, but to me, I smell pepper.
Oh. I want to try this one.
P.S. I really like the purple and yellow ones.
Which one did you end up getting? I think I’m going to like the orange one best.
I went with purple and yellow and have not been disappointed. I already had the green. The blue and orange have notes a bit more challenging for me so I hoping they will be in a store nearby soon. ????
I got one on Saturday, but haven’t had the time to properly sample.
Agree, cheesy names, and the bottles should be dyed, not the juice (pet peeve of mine) .
Thanks for being the ????????, lillyjo!
????????
Ha! Well, I want you to try them so you can tell me what I’m smelling. ????????
Also wanted to say that perfume is my only form of luxury and when the names are dumb or irritating, it kind of wrecks it for me. Those new Sephora Killians might as well be a Forever 21 brand to me.
At least they hit their target, I guess, if the names are too stupid for adults?
I think the names are to stupid for people who understand marketing. I think they will get alot of blind buys because their target audience will think it’s cool, so good for them, I guess. Idk.. I am getting old and cynical.
I agree with you! And the bottles look stupid.
The last time I set foot in Forever 21 was to buy a Christmas ugly sweater but they were all too … ugly … So I ended up buying a necklace made of medium sized Christmas balls
Stupid and ugly bottles.
Yes — “the bottles should be dyed, not the juice.” I do an eyeroll when people compare two different concentrations and conclude that since “the juice in this edp is darker than the edt” it must be stronger, oblivious to the fact that it could have been dyed any color of the rainbow.
I love the original, Mountain Dew green cologne. How could any of the new ones be an improvement on the freshly pressed white shirt vibe of the original? Inquiring minds would like to know.
I tried mine over the weekend. Liked the blue one too, but I didn’t get licorice… I would have guessed mint.
You might be right. With my sinuses right now, I can’t trust my nose at all!
Sorry to hear that your sinuses are acting up! 🙁 That sucks. Is it seasonal allergies?
SOTD is Marc Jacobs Cucumber. I forgot how much I liked this for summer.
I have a cucumber perfume lined up this week too! I think you smell great.
Wearing Amouage Gold from a solid compact I bought wayyy back when my fragrance journey had barely begun.
I still like Gold, but no longer in love. It is just too – everything.
Dia is now my favourite Amouage ( Followed closely by Bracken 🙂 )
I like memoir too
I meant to write I like Dia too and also memoir
A bit of modern Bandit today, just to show my co-workers who’s boss! Just kidding, I’m not management. 😉
Last night I wore YSL Paris to bed and my boyfriend didn’t like it. Thought I’d swing to the opposite extreme today.
Hey, you don’t have to be management to be boss, ha.
SOTD Chanel no 22 for a dose of pretty.
you smell wonderful!
Thank you! I was talking to a colleague after a meeting this am and he started sneezing. He thought it was dust or something, but I suspect it might’ve been my perfume ???? I know those aldehydes can be triggering.
You can never go wrong with 22.
Agree!
I’m in love with No. 22 recently. I think you smell wonderful.
Thank you! I love it, too. I should wear it more often than I do, but it always feels too fancy or formal.
Wore Jour d’Hermes yesterday, and Le Galion Iris today. Our air quality is horrendous lately, and those scents are doses of freshness.
Are you in CA?
No, I’m in Portland, Oregon … but the air looks a lot like Los Angeles in the 70s according to Mr. G (who grew up in LA). We’re having a fair amount of wind today, mostly coming from the east where forest fires are being fought.
Ewww, yeah, I grew up in LA and the brown layer of haze was the norm there. Amazing how they’ve been able to clean that up in the last couple of decades.
No. 5 Eau Premiere today: just right.
I should wear that Friday. It’s so “just right” for any occasion, why did I stop wearing it? ???? you smell great.
You smell fabulous of course.
wearing escada fiesta carioca, i reached into the sample bucket and put on the first thing i picked up. it actually smells pretty nice! it got me to thinking about the bottle of ibiza hippie i bought long ago, which sent me to ebay, which showed me that people are paying $100 for it!
random thoughts: i wonder if they will have a travel spray/smaller size of frederic malle sale gosse (spelling?)? got an email from barneys yesterday and i am lemming anew.
Yeah, I searched around for Ibiza Hippie a while back, which I loved at the time, and was shocked by the cost.
Yeah, Ibiza Hippie was a true LE, it wasn’t around long and they didn’t bring it back. It was a good one.
Cristalle
A non perfume related question , anyone recommend a pair of nude (patent leather)heels that are super comfortable to be on your feet for hours and dance? Does that even exist?
Homemade chai (thanks to my FIL)
I think it’s the super comfortable part that doesn’t exist. Are you going to a wedding?
Yes
You could look on Zappos. I searched nude patent heel and there are several brands that are usually comfy like Clarks, Naturalizer, Rockport.
Agreed. I have 3 pairs of (non-heeled) Clarks and they’re super comfy.
Hi Lovestosmellgood!
Try Cole Haan or Via Spiga.
Perfect
I have some at home but I forget the brand. I wear them to work a lot and think they are super comfortable. I’ll look when I get home.
Thank you
Mugler B*Men. I don’t *love* it but it’s pleasant enough, good for a warm day, the A*Men sweetness toned way down with fresh notes and sour rhubarb.
I thought I would really like this but it was just okay. Ended up with a set that I may offer up in the next freebie meet.
Robin, you smell great.
My SOTD: Berdoues Scorza di Sicilia. It reminds me a bit of Diptyque L’Eau de Tarocco – which smells like concentrated happiness, and is one of the first perfumes I sampled after falling down the rabbit hole.
Oh interesting, then I should smell that one. Or are they similar but the Diptyque is way better?
It’s been awhile since I’ve tried the Diptyque, but I think if I smelled it now, I would like it better than the Berdoues.
Thanks!
I tried the Eau de Tarocco last year and found it very meh. Then I tried it again a few weeks ago and WOW! It’s wonderful! Weird. I need to try it again.
You smell wonderful Robin! Love that teapot by the way.
I’m in the opposite of this week’s CP: Paris YSL which I’ve worn for more than 30 years. I still love it. Wearing vintage (ish) EDT.
Tea was Lune Rouge and will probably drink Jardin des Songes tonight.
Why thank you, and so do you!
Wearing a little Acqua Viva and a little Mediterraneo (both of which I still love) in defiance of our horrible smoky air in Seattle and the fact that it’s Monday’s ugly little sister today.
And it did not get any prettier as the day went on. Glad you smelled great anyway!
Hermes Eau de Neroli Dore for today. It has cooled down a tiny bit today so it feels really nice to be in Neroli Dore right now.
You smell great! That one’s on my FB list.
I’m wearing a good 10 sprays of YSL Baby doll edt today.
If I still had it, I would have worn it for this week’s project. I used to love it and went through two bottles of it. And then I didn’t like it any more. I suspect by the time I finished the second bottle they’ve reformulated it, and I didn’t like the new version (though I didn’t realize that possible at that time – or I would have looked for an older bottle back then).
I’m sure you smell very nice.
Thank you ????
I have a bottle of the original formula and wear it for special occasions – like to help me survive the first days after summer vacations or a bad mood.
Thunked a sample of Le Parfum de Therese. It had only a few drops left and I’m sad, I would have liked to radiate it on the last wearing. My kiddo had a fever last night and sore throat today. Tomorrow is freshman orientation and he has his first football scrimmage on Thursday- need to get better fast!
I hope your son gets well very soon!
Something is making the rounds at the office. I have been taking echinacea every morning and Airborne gummies (when I remember) to boost my immunity!
Hope he is better in time!
SOTD is SJP’s Covet – love this herbal, green ambery beauty. It has a touch of lavender and geranium which are perfect to counter balance the teak, amber and musk in the dry down.
I finished a decant of Quercus by Penhaligon. Nice and green chypre but not FB worthy. ‘Thunk’
Today’s smoothie is Peaches and mangoes with a squirt of lime juice, Kefir and spinach.
You smell wonderful – love Covet. It’s unique in a good way.
Thanks!
I loved Covet. I bought my first bottle at retail, and now I hoard my backups.
SJP Covet has one of the best citrus topnotes that I’ve smelled! ????
Seville l’Aube, second day in a row. So perfect for hot humid days, I wish the opening lasted forever.
It’s such a great scent! I love it in the fall, the high and crisp air makes it bloom.
One of the most perfect openings ever. Such a beauty. You smell lovely!
I have a bit of that one in a sample set, will have to try it.
Chanel Eau De Cologne, for a trip to the gym, post office and grocery store. Typical Tuesday. But as I know what kind of drama life can hand me, I’m totally okay with a typical Tuesday.
Y’all have a good one!
Do you like that one? I found it powdery?
I like it a lot. It’s easy to wear and I can wear it almost all year in this hot climate. It might be a bit powdery, but mostly in the drydown.
I found it fleeting
Me too, but I enjoy the respraying part!
Yay for “Typical Tuesday”!
Isn’t that the truth?
I am wearing Panier des Sens Rose. Its a very simple rose and lily of the valley scent that I bought in Napa last year on our visit to Domaine Carneros. Its bringing back lovely champagne memories 🙂
My tea is a hot cup of peppermint tea.
Yay for champagne memories!
Hey friends, I’m wearing Passage d’Enfer today. I used to love it with a deep, incense-y passion, and in fact I’m doing a very bad job of abiding by the CP, because I still love it!
Project Dress Nicely is definitely over. I was semi-nicely dressed yesterday, and now today I am back to full-on Grad Student Chic. Though I am wearing a cuter sweater than the sweatshirt I was wearing up until a couple weeks ago.
I wore my old college sweatshirt through all 5 years of higher ed, and for the next decade after that! I still have it and when I feel like life is simply too much effort I throw it on!
🙂
Hey, I think it’s awesome that you still love Passage d’Enfer!
Pluto Demoted Day sounds like fun!
1) Happy Tuesday! Am in Cap Neroli with some Karma cream in my hair as a leave in conditioner substitute ( I ran out of my regular stuff).
2) Air quality is horrid in green pretty Portland; an unsettling smog has descended upon the city, and what we see of the sun is an eerie orange star. Tiny infants have cloth masks on their little faces, and I am having to take my allergy meds on the daily.
Ugh.
Last year when we had air quality problems because of Sonoma and Napa fires my allergies were out of control. Air purifier helped a lot. Take care of yourself!
I second the air purifier. Helps a lot.
Thank you! I have purifier in the heat pump which helps!
I am playing along today in Habit Rouge.
When I first got it, I was pretty obsessed with it, especially in the summer for whatever reason. I still enjoy it, but not sure I’ll ever replace my bottle when there are other things on my FB list that definitely top it. Still, I do smell good today!
Is it weird to eat a black rice and lentil salad for breakfast? It was so good last night I’m eating my leftovers for breakfast haha.
Not weird! I love leftovers in the morning. During summer a cool, savory breakfast feels perfect.
I love savory breakfasts. Also, I never feel like I have to have “breakfast” food for breakfast, which my fiance thinks is super weird.
Cold pizza is one of my favorite breakfast dishes 🙂
It makes a pretty darn good lunch, too! Especially on hot summer days.
I’ve never tried Habit Rouge, but the new Perfumes guide compares Diptyque’s Oud Palao (which I love) to it, so I will have to try HR as well.
You smell great!
We’re some kind of perfume relatives today: I’m wearing Habit Rouge Dress Code. I think we both smell good.
Been a while but today I went for Rose Rebelle Respawn. The weather is quite cool for Aug. and I was in the mood for chocolate, but not gourmand-y chocolate.
I wonder what kind of weather we’re in for this Sept. I can’t figure it out anymore.
I was thinking that too…Pennsylvania is “owed” a beautiful September after such a crap summer.
SotD = Jour d’Hermes
Couldn’t decide what to wear, brain is foggy today. Thanks to SheriG’s mention of this one, I smell like sunshine though the skies are cloud.
I was slightly obsessed with Jour d’Hermes when it was new. It was released around the time I fell face-first into fragrance, so it gives me a happy feeling every time I wear it.
Have a terrific Tuesday, NSTers.
gah, skies are cloudY.
Can not even type this morning.
Need chocolate! 😉
Smell in’ nice, tiffanie! When does school start up again?
thanks, hajusuuri!
I go back to teaching music classes on September 10. Looking forward to a new school year, new beginnings, new little faces and names to learn. 😀
Happy to have been inspirational in some tiny way. ????
Yay! Your mention of Jour was the nudge I needed to enjoy it today, it was perfect.
When it’s hard to decide what to wear I can always count on NST for great ideas. 😉
Aha, maybe I will wear it tomorrow.
woo-hoo for Jour d’Hermes! Hope you have a chance to enjoy it soon.
Also add a shout out for your great scent choice today. Whenever I see a tester of Eau Sauvage I sneak a sniff and often a spritz or two. Love it.
Oh the blessed fog is back! We’ve missed you, fog! It’s been so hot and smoky.
SOTD is Lubin Attique, which no, doesn’t smell like an attic. Fig & a hot sandy ocean beach. Interesting.
We’ll find out tomorrow if my husband is cleared for surgery on his broken elbow on Friday. Hope so. Really want to get to the getting-better phase.
Fingers crossed for your dear one, pixel! Sometimes it feels like the waiting is the hardest part.
Whoops! Tom Petty ear worm, sorry everyone. 😉 But it’s such a good song:’
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMyCa35_mOg
Fingers crossed for good news.
Keeping fingers crossed for your hubby!
Good luck! Hope everything goes fine!
More fingers crossed for you!
I hope he is, and that it’ll go well! I can empathize, having had my own surgery delayed for awhile this summer, when I was just wanting most of all to get it all done and over with!
????!! Best of luck with everything!
I hope the news is good!
Best wishes for your DH!
SOTD- VC&A California Riverie and a tiny spritz of Ann Gerard Cuir De Nacre on my wrist.
I chose Strange Invisible Perfumes L’Invisible today for the CP, but it backfired because I still love it. I think that’s the case with a lot of the perfumes I have from when I first delved into perfume world. It’s hard to remember to wear old loves because there are so many newer perfumes to distract. I bought this L’Invisible bottle back when they had different packaging and only offered 50ml at $135! And that seemed like a lot at the time. My bottle is almost empty, and I have a backup so I’m hoping to finish off the older one in Sept-Oct. The scent has changed some from age, especially since it’s a botanical perfume, but it still retains its character.
Ha…I am afraid of just that sort of backfire if I go digging around looking!
Oh! Very Star Treky looking teapot- I like! ????????
Just “thunked” my little decant of Mitzah. Today it smells a bit more mature. Not sure why I’m getting a different vibe, but previously is brought to mind a more youngish image.
Cooking and eating another round of Paleo Pancakes with blueberries. I found them for 4 bucks for a pound and a half!! Bought two and oh my! ???? They aren’t impressive to look at but the taste is fantastic! Sweet and juicy! I put a boat load in the pancakes, but didn’t even make a dent in them. May have to make a blueberry crumble in my new favorite pan.
Off to read comments. Living out West makes me feel like I’m always playing catch up…
Put blueberries in your cast iron skillet, top with oatmeal cookie dough, bake.
Enjoy, and eat a HUGE portion for me! !! ????☕☕☕
Now why didn’t I ever think of putting dried blueberries or cranberries in oatmeal cookies??? It sounds delicious!
????????????It is ! Try it and enjoy, Jalapeno !????????????
Brilliant!
Enjoying the last of my Oyedo sample (tiny thunk) over Satsuma body lotion (this will be gone tomorrow). Smelling like an herb-y orange.
That sounds delicious !
I’m sampling Une Nuit Magnetique this morning. I like this one very, very much. I thought I liked Jasmin de Nuit but this one is better. I’ll put the Jasmin in the swapmeet and hope somebody will trade!
Horrible air quality here so I’m staying inside and reading “Educated” by Tara Westover. Horrifying, fascinating, riveting, and a testament to the power of resilience and self-discipline.
I heard Tara interviewed on the Fresh Air radio program. She’s amazing.
Sampling OJ Vanille d’Iris and Tsarina today.
I am very curious about your take on OJ Vanille d’Iris!
Not that much vanilla to my nose and the ISO e kind of jumps it at me for many OJ fragrances including this one …but I keep plugging away…for Science and fun. ???? And not a lot of iris for that matter either.
I have the OJ sample set and got the travel lab set for quite the steal on EBay because vanilla/iris…what could go wrong? But I have been underwhelmed. Tsarina isn’t bad but again there’s a sharpness which I assume is that darn ISO e. But the comparing and sniffing go on…most days I wear two perfumes in the same perfume family or ones that I think will compliment each other…each on a different arm and then go back and forth sniffing compulsively all day. Good enrichment for this lab rat. ????????
Wearing EL Jasmine White Moss, which ispleasant enough, but I have more interesting choices even on the Office Scent tray. Also, the wide rectangle shape makes it awkward to spray. Even if I did want to get another bottle it’s no longer around, so just as well it’s a faded love.
I would say all of that of the Tubereuse, too…
SOTD is Carthusia Fiori de Capri, a bottle I found when looking for my bottle of Guerlain Mahora/Mayotte yesterday. (Didn’t find that and where it’s gone is a real mystery.) I truly have no memory of ever buying this one. ??? Senility? Over-done consumption? Maybe we need a new category for our CP: wear a perfume you completely forgot you had or ever bought! How embarrassing. I’m pleased to say that it’s quite nice and well-suited for another mid-August mid-90’s high-humidity day. On a different topic, a friend gave me the novel Cat Flap for my birthday and it’s a fun light read, about a high-powered London businesswoman who goes away on a business trip but at the same time finds she has somehow merged with her (fancy) cat and is now able to observe her husband’s infidelities back at home. It builds up to a very funny slapstick conclusion. Recommended for cat people.
Sounds like a fun book. And you absolutely smell great.
Fun CP and fun book!
Yesterday was winter, today is spring, it’s a bit unpredictable at this time of year. Actually, the weather is always unpredictable here. The neighbour’s blossom tree is almost over, it has been beautiful, but so fleeting.
I’m wearing something in a dark fawn/light brown today. I had thought immediately of Tobacco Vanille, but I’m interviewing for a couple of new team members today, and Tobacco Vanille can be a bit much in a small room, so I’ve decided to go with Thameen’s The Hope. Spicy, but lighter.
Wearing Guerlain Habit Rouge Dress Code (though not from the latest special edition bottle from today’s post). I like it but probably not on the FB-full-price-like level. So, it’ll be just a decant I have (for now).
I was eyeing that bottle but I may be done with buying perfume for the bottle only…
I wore DSH Fleuriste today. I loved it last year. This year it’s just a strong like. I have maybe 1 ml left in my travel spray. I want finish before fall. Should be easy.
Ha! I don’t know if I can tag a perfume as love vs. strong like… Ok, maybe “I love No.19 EDP and a strong like for No.19 EDT”.
Nice weather today. Random sample grab. Berdoues Selva do Brazil. Fresh green. I should try this again on a hotter day.
Crazy Rich Asians was fun. I didn’t read the book and admit I cried a bit… made me want to go to Singapore. And made me wish I knew someone to fly me first class like that…. Michelle Yeoh still rocks.
Yay! I actually also had some tears when she was at Peik Lin’s house and 2 girls brought something in and someone came to visit (heh, trying not to mention any potential spoilers). I was also a little jealous that my sister, brother and sister-in-law are going there at the end of September. That street food, OMG. Singapore Airlines missed a great product placement opportunity. I wonder how much HSBC paid? ????
The architecture! The street food was amazing.
I MUST see that movie this week! It’s killing me that I haven’t managed to yet! I told my husband that I insist on seeing it at the theater and paying full price – take my money, please!
SOTD = Infusion de Mandarine Prada
Wearable mandarine orange with a side helping of “Iris” (opoponax smells like Iris to me). It does not develop much other than losing the initial mandarine orange punch up top. To get the most out of each wearing, I recommend 10-12 sprays (no complaints for having to buy 100 mLs at a pop).
I was supposed to go to the Madison Avenue Diptyque boutique for a Sniffapalooza event but I had to finish an email which had to be very short but yet capture a lot of nuances to a situation. I may try to place an order anyway.
You smell great!
Thank you, my dear. This is very juicy!
Your SOTD sounds perfect for what the weather is doing right now. ????
Muggy for sure. The heat, threat of storms also discouraged me from attending the Sniffapalooza event. I did call them to place an order so I was still able to take advantage of the special GWP which I think is a bag of samples but whatever it is, it doesn’t matter because I got what I wanted – 34 boulevard Saint Germain – woo hoo!
Running a little late today. It was one of those days where almost everything seemed to be slightly off, somehow. Not bad enough to merit “Monday’s Ugly Little Sister”, but enough to make me wonder what on earth is/was going on.
SOTD = Etro Messe de Minuit EdT, from the sample stash. Not getting anything spooky or crypt-y from it at all. A great incense note in the heart of this for me.
Your description made me picture you walking with your entire body slated to the right ????
To me, it felt like being stuck with a wristwatch that is running 3 minutes late, and not being able to reset it to the correct time. ⏳
Hope tomorrow feels better, Jalapeno. Being three minutes late for everything is one of my recurring nightmares, LOL!
😯
Maybe you got more spooky from the MdM than you thought 😉
Super late as usual! ‘Thunk’ with my mini of eau de Givenchy tonight (with the blue lid). I went through a couple bottles back in the day, but I think I’m over it now. Plus it seems a bit difficult to track down these days.
Like others here struggling with air quality, we are hopeful the smoke from all the wildfires will blow out soon. It’s supposed to rain on the weekend!????
