Tom Ford Fougere Platine ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 6 July 2018 5 Comments

Tom Ford has launched Fougère Platine, a new fragrance in the Private Blend range (and see also: Fougère d’Argent).

Impulsive. Debonair. Extravagant.

Fougère Platine inhabits the exhibitionist at his most brilliant—mischievous, indulgent and infinitely exhilarating. Opulent doses of refreshing woods magnetize you like the shining gleam of platinum, or a devilish grin replaying the night before.

Additional notes include clary sage, bergamot, armoise oil, olibanum, tobacco and cedar.

Tom Ford Fougère Platine is available now at Bergdorf Goodman, in 50 and 250 ml Eau de Parfum.

From the list of notes, I thought that Fougère d’Argent might be just my speed, but I haven’t so far been won over by it. Maybe Fougère Platine (which doesn’t sound much like a fougère, unless Ford thinks that “fougère” is French for “OMG, Tom is just so awesome!”) will suit me better?
