More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes special edition bottles from Viktor & Rolf, Sisley, Yves Rocher and Hermès; plus new concentrations of Mugler Angel Muse, Cartier Déclaration and Dior Sauvage.
Viktor & Rolf's annual summer version of Flowerbomb, Flowerbomb La Vie en Rose. In 50 ml Eau de Toilette, at Douglas in Germany.
From Sisley, Izia Limited Edition: "For Izias first anniversary, Sisley continues its collaboration with the artist Quentin Jones and presents its fragrance with original new packaging which sets out the colourful rock universe of the artist. Collages of roses, fluo ink and flecks of paint boldly decorate the box. The bottle keeps the golden hints of the sun-flecked liquid within and all the softness of its curves. A soft pink flower subtly adorns the bottle. Its delicacy and lightness contrast with the rock design of the box and echoes the singular rose at the heart of the fragrance, which remains unchanged." In 50 ml Eau de Parfum, at House of Fraser in the UK.
From Yves Rocher, collector bottles of Oui à l'Amour and Comme Une Evidence, both in 50 ml. At Yves Rocher in France.
The 2018 collector editions of Terre D'Hermès, in Eau de Toilette (left) and Parfum (right). At Breuninger in Germany.
Thierry Mugler's Angel Muse, in Eau de Toilette: "One year after the launch of ANGEL MUSE, the latest star in the ANGEL galaxy, MUGLER is unveiling ANGEL MUSE Eau de Toilette. This joyous, tender and gourmand eau de toilette reinterprets the duo of hazelnut cream and vetiver of the earlier version with a new fruity facet, giving an extremely soft and subtle result. Its cosmic pebble-shaped bottle is entirely covered in an irresistible metallic rose-gold effect lacquer. So sweet! A Fruity Woody Gourmand Eau de Toilette." In 50 or 100 ml, at Mugler USA.
From Cartier, a new interpretation of Déclaration: "Experience a new level of refinement with the Cartier Déclaration Parfum Spray, a woody and spicy men’s fragrance with leather facets. An olfactory statement of luxury, the Cartier Déclaration Parfum Spray pays tribute to the original Déclaration aroma with its intensified interpretation. Through highlighting and accentuating the spicy and warm sensations of the Déclaration Eau de Toilette, perfumer Mathilde Laurent reveals a deeper, darker sensuality to the signature Déclaration fragrance. A scent as strong as cedar, yet elegant as leather, the opulent oriental tone of the Déclaration Parfum Spray is both enticing and mysterious." In 50 and 100 ml, at Escentual in the UK (in the US, you can find it at Macys or Saks Fifth Avenue).
From Dior, the new Eau de Parfum concentration of Sauvage: "The juicy and spicy freshness of Sauvage exudes new sensual and enveloping facets of vanilla absolute in Sauvage Eau de Parfum. Calabrian bergamot invites new spicy notes to add fullness and sensuality, as the woody ambery trail of ambroxan is wrapped in the smoky accents of Papua New Guinean vanilla absolute for greater virility. Drenched in the Calabrian sun, it is fruitier and develops unique, zesty facets with a tinge of pepper." At Harrods in the UK, in 60 or 100 ml.
I would like to order the Angel Muse EdT, and a bottle of Yves Rocher Comme Une Evidence, pretty please…..
Me too!
The Angel Muse EdT could be interesting, I will try it.
I’m interested in the Angel Muse for sure. I hope the fruit livens up the rather boring base a bit. I’m happy I bought it; I’m just applying it to my shirt rather than my skin.
The Cartier sounds nice but I can’t for the life of me remember Declaration.
I like Declaration but the cumin makes it hard to wear — or it did, it’s surely been reformulated several times over. I’m betting this is deeper but also cleaner than the original.
I really like the Terre D’Hermès bottles. Too bad I don’t like the fragrance!
I still love it — but pretty happy with my 15 ml 🙂
