KKW Kimoji Hearts ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 30 January 2018 25 Comments

Kim Kardashian will launch KKW Kimoji Hearts, a new trio of fragrances (BAE, BFF and Ride or Die), on February 1.

BAE ~ "A truly decadent scent offering a sparkling opening of juicy mandarin and mouth-watery kiwi leads you to a flirty floral heart comprised of jasmine Sambac and gardenia blossom...supported by ribbons of whipped, vanilla and velvet sandalwood."

BFF ~ "A delicious fragrance offering playful notes of wild berries and crisp star apple - a bouquet of pink rose petals and pear blossom highlight the heart while fluffy notes of vanilla marshmallow and cedar wood contours the finish."

Ride or Die ~ "Ride or Die offers a delectable opening featuring luscious black berry and juicy purple plum ... the heart is fierce with notes of night blooming jasmine and raspberry nectar - caramel swirls paired with tonka bean adds depth and elegance to the signature finish."

KKW Kimoji Hearts BAE, BFF and Ride or Die will be available in 30 ml, $30 each.

    Hate it. Cheesy & cheap.
    Didn’t even read.

I am finding it interesting. If she’s selling as much as she says she is, it’s an interesting alternative & makes me wonder how much of the downturn in celebrity fragrances is really just a reflection of the downturn facing mid-to-low tier department stores in general.

True, true. I was a bit judgy, mostly for comedic effect.

My sure if I would sniff if offered, but possibly some of her initial releases.

I watch way too many perfume reviews on YouTube, and KKW has quite a few bottles sitting on collectors’ shelves worldwide….

I can’t say I’ve ever seen a bottle instore? I do occasionally hit Kohls and such looking for cheapies, but I’ve never noticed her brand….

Anyhoo, I’m not her target demographic, that’s for sure! :)

She is now only selling these directly via her own website, and so far they are all limited edition.

Naw, if you read the unicorn too, it removed all the tartar & plaque and you’re just fine.

    1) Does it really say “mouth-watery”?
    2) I never think of caramel swirls as lending elegance.
Seems like the new market for this level of celebuscent is QVC or HSN rather than dept store?

I am not smart enough to make up “mouth-watery”.

    Eeek!

Cute idea though, in theory. I’m surprised no one has done this before.

Had to google bae to see what it meant. I am now hip to that, but little else. I don’t need these in my curated collection.

I’m intrigued by her first kkw fragrances in the christal bottles – notes seemed nice and restrained in a grown up way. And the bottles looked so pretty.
    But this? No, never.

???? haha love the unicorn Robin!

Even if the juice is decent…no way I will give my money to that brand.

And whats up with the grey/silver hair color these days?
I have only seen it done nicely on one person, on most people it just looks horrible…they just look like they are ill ????

Sorry, this looks and sounds too much like elementary school to me (well except for the ride or die, I suppose ; )
