Freaking Poetry

Posted by Robin on 18 July 2017 5 Comments

"There’s a lightness to it,” Hemsworth told InStyle of the new scent. "There’s a versatility to it—where you can sort of wear it on multiple occasions. I don’t like anything too overpowering or sort of heavy, and this has a fresh, uplifting, summery kind of feel to it.”

— InStyle is impressed with Chris Hemsworth's command of basic adspeak. (He is talking about Boss Bottled Tonic; they suggest you "consider buying the ice blue glass bottle in bulk".) Read more at Chris Hemsworth Talking About Fragrance Is Freaking Poetry.

I’m glad! I don’t know why, but he does nothing for me.

If you want to laugh, do a Google image search for “Thoreal Because Hemsworth it.”

Ok, would have been funnier if I’d understood that he played Thor, and that Thor had long hair, and that the hair had its own avid fan base, etc etc. Google had to explain it all to me. Apologies for my cultural literacy fail.

No need to apologize. The less pop culture you have in your head, the more room you have for the important stuff!
